I had such a great experience at Chico’s dealership! The process was easy and fast from start to finish. The team was very informative, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated how smooth they made the whole experience I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

DO NOT BUY from this guys, This place is shady, they sell cars and trucks that have been in a wreck I have only had this truck a year and 1/2 and I have bondo falling off roof of truck, I took to a auto body shop and they said it’s been mostly likely in a wreck but not claimed on car facts, the car dealership covered it up to sell the truck, don’t ever go to this dealer ship, I called them and they claimed I was being hostile because I wanted this truck fixed. This truck is 40,000 dollar truck. They Sold me a truck that was damaged in a wreck and didn’t tell us it was damaged when we bought it, this company is very dishonest rude and inconsiderate. Apparently Google reviews are saying the same thing about this dealership. From auto body damage to transmission engine issues and all other sorts of issues.

I’ve been looking for a pickup truck but not in a hurry. Went in to Chico’s auto sales just to see and Rod Moya was very patient and showed me every single truck they had in the parking lot very patient and helpful he wasn’t rude or pushy best experience I’ve had in any dealer walked out with a 2021 Chevy Silverado look for Rod Moya if you ever go to Chico’s auto sales.

I would recommend Rod to anyone and everyone. He was so easy to work with and right off the bat was so friendly. He was a joy to be around while we finished the deal and processed everything. I will forever come back to Rod for the future.

Horrible Dealership DO NOT BUY! We bought a 2020 truck and within 3 days it was doing weird things, we contacted them right away and was told to wait for the warranty to go into effect to get it repaired because they kept saying it would cover everything 100%. After waiting for months we took it to get checked and sure enough it has a failing transmission, warranty is only covering $2500 so we are stuck paying $5200. I reached out to Omar and he had me come in to speak to the owner to see what they could help with and waste my time so they could tell us they were not helping with anything because it would be a new transmission and offered something cheaper that would only last 6 months. They are liars and do not keep their word. 1 star is too much for suck bad service and people!

I highly recommend you go to Chicos if you want an easy, fast, incredible experience with a dealership. I came to them after having a horrible experience at a different dealership and it was a night and day difference. They are honest and up front about everything and didn’t hassle or pressure me like other dealerships. Rod was amazing to work with. He was so kind, answered all my questions, and was willing to work with me. I was in and out, with a car purchased, within an hour. I will be telling all my friends and family to go here to purchase their next cars!

Wish I could give them a 0 had a bad time with them they couldn’t make up there mind if they were going to sell a truck or not drove to Utah and didn’t get to see the truck but essentially there then they call me and tell me they have the truck back on there lot I tell them to send me information on how the truck is I told them I was ins And the sold it behind my back but it is what it is
