Had to go here to do a pre employment drug test. I. Could. Not. Pee. They were very patient and even stayed a few minutes after closing so I could get a specimen for them. It took forever! Thank you for being so kind and patient!

I came in to Concentra to get a DOT physical. I'd never been to this facility. I was very impressed. They were prompt and kind. I'd recommend this facility.

Draper location- Registration to the nurse doing my fit test and labs were wonderful. Down to earth and personable while being professional. I drove 2 hours to the facility 101 miles there and another 100 back. It was worth it. I have been sent to other places where you were treated like an assembly line.

I had to renew my DOT medical card and they was very friendly and did their best to get me in and out.

The whole team at the Draper office was fast and efficient. I had to return due to a mistake I made and was treated professionally and was able to get in and out and back to work without issue.

Expect them to waste your time. The secretary brought up 40 min after the fact that they were waiting on an online form that we weren't informed about.I have never waited so long for a drug screening at Concentra and I have done quite a few for different jobs. Slowest location I have ever been to.
