Have not been in that store in a while, went in today David help me he was professional, personal and knew his product it is rare to get such great customer service nowadays , Thank you so much I appreciated him he is a rare jewell I hope you give him a raise.

David is amazing he helped me out to find stuff to help my moms hair grow back after treatments, after I checked out he went into the back room and got me a basket of samples he is so sweet it made my whole year we need more kind people like you David thank you so much keep being you ! ❤️ ?

Love this location ! Note to the public- this place is ONLY for licensed professionals , so if you don't carry any type of beautician license or currently not in beauty school, you won't be able to make any purchases here, but if you'd like to purchase some products from there, Sally's carries some of what they have there as well. If you're a cosmetologist, esthetician or nail technician, you can come on in ! Joslyn there is such a sweetheart and always so helpful! She's always so fun to see when I go in there. I'm usually in a rush, but what's nice is , if you're in a pinch like me , you can call ahead and they can put it on hold for you, so you can grab it and go ! As a licensed professional it's nice to go there and usually they stay fairly stocked and is perfect for me.

I came in from out of town, TSA made me check my bag and proceeded to throw out ALL of my brand new salon-grade products (which should have been checked with my bag in the first place), missed my international flight, and was needless to say…. Stressed to the point of tears. Being a Sunday, everything was closed and I was struggling to replace the items before my next flight out the following day. I came in to this store and was welcomed with such amazing kindness. The girls helped me replace the items lost and really salvaged what was left of a very difficult day. I could not be more grateful for them. THANK YOU, ladies. I can’t say that enough.

Hopefully you aren’t in need of what you want! Every single time I go in, the majority of what I need is out of stock. The employees have no idea when or if more is ever coming in. It’s been like this since before Covid so I know it’s not just affected by that. So frustrating when there are only a few choices of professional hair stores for a busy stylist.
