I’m Extremely disappointed. Had a pedicure yesterday and I didn’t worry to look at my feet when done, because they’ve always done a good job. When I got home and put my feet up. my husband commented that, I could use a pedi. I looked down at my feet and this is what they looked like. I’m so upset, this was one of my favorite places. Sad to say, I’m not ever going back. The gel polish is bumpy and a chunk of polish is pilled off. :(

I made an appt with Cam, she did amazingly! Been years since I found a great nail tech. She was fun to talk to and had very reasonable prices! I live down in Orem but will happily make the trip just to have her do my nails again

I have been to a lot of nail salons and I have finally landed at Creative Nails! I have some tricky toenail issues and Andy at Creative Nails is the best I have ever had for fixing and dealing with my issues. Both toes and fingers always look fabulous and grow out beautifully! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Not happy with service had to go back 2 different times to fix nails that they did wrong and even after 2 nd time going back due to bad nails I still had nails chip away only 1 day after doing with bubbles and had a new nail salon tell me that they put to big of nails on me , old products and didn't let nails cure and super thick coats I don't recommend this nail salon after 2nd time going back to fix there mistakes I'm done thank god i found a nail salon that can do nails regardless how much I spend

I want to share my experience to caution others about this salon. I had my nails done here within the last month and, unfortunately, developed a serious skin infection on my hands, which has since spread to other parts of my body.
This issue required treatment from a dermatologist, multiple medications, and has yet to fully clear up. What should have been a simple nail appointment has turned into hundreds of dollars in medical bills and an ongoing struggle with my skin.
I am deeply concerned about the salon’s cleaning practices for their instruments. Proper sanitation is critical in this industry, and I hope this serves as a wake-up call for them to prioritize hygiene.
To other potential clients, please exercise caution when considering this salon. While everyone’s experience may differ, mine has been costly and frustrating.

I called this morning and made an appt for 3. i arrived on time but it was over busy. I had to wait 30 minutes for my pedicure. I guess it is first come, first served.
