I came in and asked for a pedicure , nothing more they didn’t ask me what kind or anything. They gave me the fanciest one without asking and charged me $50 for a pedicure.

Quality seems fine, but we’re here waiting 45 minutes after our appointment time. We would have been completely happy to come at a later time if they had not guaranteed our appointment time!

I went and got my nails done here for the first time last week. I get my nails done every 4-6 weeks and I always get dip. They took forever to remove my old polish, and claimed some of it was too hard to remove so they LEFT SOME of my OLD color on my nails. Secondly, the quality of their products is below my usual standard. In fact, 2 days after getting my nails done my GEL top coat began to STRETCH off the nail and PEEL off in pieces. Within a week my nails were completely stripped of my GEL top coat. This has never happened at another salon and I will not be coming back here.

I’ve been going to this salon for pedicures for well over a decade -- possibly 15+ years. They are the best in the area, by far. The salon is clean, and the salon professionals aim to please their clients and do reliably fantastic work.Services: Foot massages

Unfortunately this place wasn’t for me. It’s clear they have a lot of customers. Price is THE key factor. I was a walk-in, I waited less than 10 min.The owner did my nails. Answered every call every 5 min, shouted the entire time in Vietnamese while I was trying to carry my own conversation. She apologized but kept shouting. I got a full set and the shaping of the nails are lopsided. The amount of ladies coming into the nail salon was overwhelming. Tons of appointments that kept getting pushed back because of short staffing. She used the same monomer liquid she used on the lady before me. The nail file (costs about .20 for a new file) was used on past clients. The nail salon was not clean. Sometimes the price isn’t worth the hype when the work doesn’t get done. I never asked for corrections because two elderly ladies were waiting for their turn. It’s ok to turn down walk ins. Keeping your current clients happier is more recurring revenue than adding a walk in.

Honestly probably the worst nails I have ever got.. really unhappy and wanted to cry.. all I got was a fill, and they are not shaped evenly, the color is so off. I'm getting engagement pictures done today and I'm just super upset I chose to come here.

In general I’ve had a good experience at this place, HOWEVER there is one older lady with short hair who works here that has NOT done a good job on my nails multiple times. The first time I got my nails done by her, she clipped my skin too much and it started bleeding, twice! The second time she did my nails, she clipped too much again (it hurts!) AND she got globs of the gel nail polish on my skin and did nothing to even try to clean it off. The underside of my nails were basically glued to my skin due to the gel nail polish, and there were multiple globs and polish just blatantly left on my fingers. I could have easily done a job like this from home, given how much nail polish is stuck on my skin. The other nail techs here are good, hence why I didn’t give only one star, but she is NOT good and if you get her ask for someone else!!Services: Pedicure

i always get scared to try a new nail place because just handing my nails over to someone else and asking for a complicated design is hard! but i had two friends recommend this place for the day we were all going to get our nails done together and i thought i would just give it a try. i only get my nails done once in a while when i feel like treating myself just for fun, and this place was exactly what i needed!! we walked in for our appt and immediately had us in chairs no waiting at all! then throughout the entire time they made sure my nails were looking exactly how i wanted them too. Kristy did my nails and i will ask for her every time because she took AMAZING care of me. checking to see if they looked how i wanted and if the colors i wanted were right and she was soo careful with me, she didn't hurt me at all (even though most places always end up making me bleed or scrape off skin) and she did a fantastic job! my total was supposed to be $45 but she only charged me $40 because my two friends had to wait for me because i was getting a full set and they were just getting gel, but it was no big deal at all that they had to wait because the full set is obviously going to take longer, but i soothe price more than anything about this place. not only do they do such a good job, they charge sooo cheap for it all! i got a design and a different shape and they didn't try and take a bunch of money for that which is normally what ends up happening which is frustrating. so if you want a nail place that will take care of you, doesn't charge you a huge amount, and does a fantastic job, this is your place!!! i will be back every time! SO pleased!

This was my first visit to this business and I have to say, color me impressed. Four of us walked in for pedicures with roughly 40ish minutes until close and we weren't sure if they could fit us all in that day. They said they could and had us pick what color we wanted. Every single worker was working with a client already, but for my sake it was great because I always have such a difficult time deciding on a color. They had 3 chairs for our group ready without much waiting at all and the others in my group went to get seated because of course I was still trying to select a color haha. I don't feel like I was waiting too long at all when they had a chair prepped for me also. The salon in general felt clean and I always enjoy a good massage chair. We were also offered cold bottled water. My pedicure was great, very relaxing and even though their day was winding down, I don't feel like it was rushed or in a hurry. I've never had the gel polish, so that was fun to try and so far I've really enjoyed it! My niece picked two colors and the person doing her nails was very kind and listened patiently to what she wanted. He even did a little flower design on each big toe and she was absolutely over the moon and he didn't charge us anything extra for it. Really great service and we did end up leaving a few minutes after 7 which was closing time, but we really truly appreciated that they didn't turn us away and that they didn't rush us out. I would for sure recommend them and we will likely be back sometime!

My sister and I called and made an appointment together and showed up 15 minutes early and walked out 2 hours later. The employee started my sisters nails and finished then and left me sitting there with my hands in acetone to remove my gel polish for 45 minutes….. then 3 customers walked in and she took care of them and left me still sitting there. WAIST OF TIME. I’ve never been one to leave a review INFACT this is my first review ever….. really frustrating to be told that those 3 other ladies made appointments when I called and made an appt right when they opened and I was there first and still got assisted last. So embarrassing these employees don’t remember who they’re making appointments for.Service: Manicures
