Do not purchase ANYTHING from Dime Beauty Products. The company is an opportunist and not reliable. You must pay extra to have your products delivered AND delivered without damage. Who does that? If you purchase something, the company should provide it without you paying EXTRA for them to do so. That is their responsibility at a minimum. If they are charging you extra, then their delivery process is not RELIABLE.

Should be zero stars. I sent an email in November asking to cancel my subscription. Their product is mediocre at best. Got an email in March at 4 am saying my order was on the way! I reply with email, chat messages on their business page, social media messages. AI system responds with: we can’t cancel your order it’s too late! Hello! I cancelled in NOVEMBER. I’m still not sure I’ve ever talked to a real human with multiple chats, emails, social requests. Obviously the AI never cancelled my order from November and still doesn’t get it. This company’s business practices are questionable at best. I’m left with the hassle, headache and extra payment. Which is why they do business the way they do. Oh but they respond with “our customer service is a TOP PRIORITY”. Sure it is. Taking my money is their top priority and it shows. Don’t subscribe or do business with this company.

my first perfume i ordered and really liked. The lid on it was totally broken so that was a little bummer. but smelled great!
I just bought my second perfume from them a few months ago. smells great but leaks blue stuff that gets all over my makeup bag. i like their product and but disappointed with packaging. and why the hell is my perfume leaking & turning a blue color?! couldn’t tell you haha..
will be my last time buying from them :(

I really liked their skincare products, but did not like how they managed their subscriptions. Other companies will send you a text or email a few days before your order processes- DIME does no such thing. Most recently, the subscription (which I thought I had successfully cancelled previously) was charged and shipped to my old address. The order went through at 4am, and despite contacting their customer service at 7am - I could never get in contact with anyone who could help me. They say to use their chat feature on the website, but no one ever responded to me to fix the order. I would have even considered keeping the order if they would just change my address, but instead I'm cancelling all future subscriptions and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Stay away from this company at all costs. Worst customer experience ever. They are total scammers and set us up with recurring orders when we didn't want them. No one answers their phone or would answer then hang up without saying anything. Got so bad I had to cancel my card with my bank.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I spent $400 on Dime Rollers and Large Size Perfume. I gave 10 rollers out as Mothers Day Gifts. How EMBARRASSING that all the rollers & bottles Leaked. Ruined my friends Leather Bag. I reached out to Customer Service and they said the Store I bought it from was responsible. Really? So I need to go ask all my friends to give me their leaking empty rollers and take them to the store for a refund??? It’s my Fault and the Stores that you use Horrible & cheap packaging. EMBARRASSING.
Also WEIRDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had! They messaged me making no sense and then said Sorry we can’t help you our “Hands are Tied!” WEIRD. Do Not spend any of your Money on any of their Products. You will regret it. I have never been more embarrassed of a Gift I have given out!

EDIT: I finally was able to get some help regarding my exchange. They really should make exchanges easier and have better customer service but it did get resolved! Thank you for all your help!
I really like the 7 summers perfume and Dan les bois but their customer service and return/exchange is a total joke. I orders some different perfumes and unfortunately didn’t like the smell. I’ve been trying to exchange the perfumes that I didn’t like the smell of and every time I email or chat in I get no help. They have a return/exchange portal however If you got the items on sale you can’t exchange for the same item directly. You will be charged the full amount. Like I said some of their perfumes smell great but the hassle with customer service and returns is NOT worth it.

UPDATE: Their customer service team reached out to me again and were understanding. They shipped out not only a replacement for the broken sample but another full sample set, which was very thoughtful! Thank you for actually hearing my concern and responding accordingly. I look forward to ordering full sizes of the scents and will certainly recommend their products!
I tried their fragrance sample kit with five different scents after it was recommended by someone. I placed my order on Feb 22nd and didn't receive my order until March 8th. When I received the package, one of the sample containers, which is made of glass, was broken and there were shards of glass in the entire package. When I reached out to their team to ask that THE ONE sample that was broken be replaced, they asked for photographic proof. I'm not sure why the onus falls on the customer to provide proof when they sent the samples in poor packaging (bubble envelope) rather than a small cardboard box. I wasnt looking to replace the entire sample kit, just the ONE sample that was broken. Customer service is incredibly poor! I liked some of the scents from the remaining four I did try, but I will not be supporting a company that has such low customer service standards and regard for their patrons.

Love the quality of the Dime products — I have used their skincare, eyelash serum, mascara, perfurme and love them all. My first order was in 2021. The only issue I have with Dime is the fulfillment and the inconsistent response time with customer service. The shipping timelines are incorrect and I've had issues with multiple orders where something got lost or misdelivered and replacing them took forever. It makes me want to avoid buying from their site and finding somewhere local that sells their products or order off Amazon. It's such a shame because their products are amazing but the repeating fulfillment problems are such a pain. Hopefully that can improve!

I have their whole skin care routine and a few perfumes. I being able to use their products and know that they are clean. My favorite scents are core memory and lovely sweet dreams.

I ordered some perfume for my daughter for Christmas and was sent a text for a $50 gift card with purchase of $100. There was no expiration or information on the text just a code, i purchased $100 gift card for her that next day so I could get the $50 gift card and did not get it. I messaged support and was told that that was a promotion and its past. It was the next day when i did the transaction but they refused to honor it for me. It would have been good customer service to honor that for their customer but they would not. I will not be purchasing from them anymore. It also took over a week to get my order and the perfume samples are tiny for $30. They are way overpriced!

I love Dime for many different reasons. One of those is they have the best customer service. I received an incorrect order and they apologized for their mistake and sent out the correct order asap. I have dealt with their customer service several times, and each time they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied.

I really wanted to love this company because they promote clean beauty which is very important to me.Sadly, their customer service and transparency is lacking.I recently ordered their perfume sampler and set it on a shelf (in the box they sent it in, mind you). It fell down onto my carpeted floor and one of the bottles broke. [#1 issue: Poor quality glass bottles.] I let them know what happened and they refused to replace it because it wasn't damaged in transit. Very disappointing since I wasn't able to even sample all the scents. [#2 issue: poor customer service]I also noticed on the packaging that they use synthetic fragrance in addition to the natural fragrance. [#3 issue: synthetic fragrance]. This is NOT listed on their website or else I would not have bought this. This was disappointing as well since they promote "DIME Clean and 100% Transparent" on their website.I would need to see some changes to return to DIME.. I am giving 2 stars because it is cleaner than most perfumes and even though I'm very sensitive to synthetic fragrance theirs didn't bother me.I would like to see greater transparency of ingredients, thicker walled glass bottles, and better customer service.
