Just moved here from New Jersey. Had an overheating problem from a bad fan. Being new here I didn’t know who else to go too other then the Mercedes dealership amg. The service in the AMG dealership was horrible they replaced my hose charged me twice because I had to bring the car back three times to the point I was told to just sell my car. I knew my car wasn’t the problem I’ve had it brand new out the lot.
After finding elite auto they told me my fan wasn’t working properly and the coolant hose was melted that’s why I brought them the vehicle. They did the diagnostic and the work and since then I haven’t had one problem with my car. Thank you BRUNSON that guy is really helpful.

These guys fixed a blown engine on our Range Rover Autobiography and it is amazing!!!!
Because we knew we needed a shop with high integrity, we looked around for a long time. We interviewed every shop in the SLC area for a couple months until we chose them. There are lots of mediocre shops who overcharge or have crappy contracts.
With Elite, we had a couple of communication challenges but we overcame them. Their level of integrity in figuring out some electrical issues was superb while sticking to the original budget. They worked really hard to make it perfect!
We couldn’t be happier!! Thank you!

Bronson at Elite Auto Specialists was fantastic to work with. I had a pre purchase inspection (PPI) performed as an out of state buyer and was given tremendous reassurance through the detailed and thorough inspection process, including pictures and measurements sent to my phone and speaking with Bronson multiple times directly. Prices were very fair - I could not recommend this shop any more highly for a PPI.

Elite auto is 100% top shelve for your European car. They completely fixed my BMW 535I without taking advantage of me. My BMW now runs like I just bought it off the floor. They use genuine BMW parts, they take there time they tell you needs to fixed. They sent me pictures of the diagnostic test. Saved me $3,000 by not dealing with the dealership. Many thanks incredibly reliable great service and honest. Which is rare to find.

If you want a top notch, world class shop that will take care of your European car, then stop looking because you have found it!!! They don’t try and sell you things you dont need. Bronson and crew here are phenomenal and I can’t recommend their customer service or mechanic enough! They take excellent care and try and make sure that everything is done right and if it isn’t, they fix it. I’ll only take my car here even if it’s a 30 mile drive

DO NOT take your car there! They charged me thousands of dollars and my car still had the same problem. WTH?! They refused to admit they had made a mistake. I had to take my car to a different mechanic to get the same problem fixed and pay again. I ended up paying double. The “know it all” guy at the front desk was the worst!! He lied straight to my face and told me the problem had been fixed; he knew damn well it hadn’t. Please save yourself the time and agony. Consider this a BIG red flag to avoid this place!
