The service was incredible! Christian was incredible, super attentive to my case and always on top of any problems regarding the rented vehicle! He even told me that he had left the keys to my home! I truly recommend this site!

When we originally took our car in to get repaired it was only supposed to take a day or 2 to repair, so to avoid paying out of pocket for a rental I opted for a single row SUV.I have 3 car seats I needed to fit for a couple days so I figured I would live with the inconvenience once again to avoid the fee. However, upon review, we found out we would need to leave our car for 2 weeks to get repaired. So with this news I decided to bite the bullet and pay the extra fee to get a 3 row vehicle.
I feel I have to provide at least 2 stars here because they did technically provide the service they promised and the car was clean and ran well during the duration of our rental.This is where my complaint comes. I was in the store and had requested a 3rd row upgrade after finding out the repair would take a couple weeks. They didn't have one available, which is no surprise given the weekend was coming up. (Picked up original car on Thursday) Matt told me he would let me know when one was available and mentioned it would probably be a couple days. Great, no problem. I call back on Saturday just to see availability. Still no 3rd row. No problem. Once again I asked if they would provide me an update. I call back on Tuesday and turns out they had given away a 3rd row over the weekend which was a little upsetting but I get it. Matt lets me know there was a Honda Pilot 3 row potentially available that evening and that he would call me back that evening. Great, I told him to let me know if that was indeed the case and if/when it was available and I would come get it. A couple days later still no follow-up. So it's been a week now in a 2 row vehicle with 3 car seats that barely fit. Once again, original error on my end ordering a car thinking it would be just a minor repair. The repair shop who they seem to have a great relationship with even reached out on my behalf with no response. I tried one last time but no response. So I eventually gave up knowing Matt was never going to return my call or help me in this matter.I hope I am a one off example of less than extraordinary customer service and that others have better luck with this shop. I just wish the communication was more clear and that I could have at least been given updates or at least a phone call return.

I had a flat tire on my rental. Enterprise was amazing they had the tire changed within 30 minutes. The location in Draper changed out the vehicle and we’re SO NICE. They had a vehicle ready in 5 minutes. Matthew was so very nice!!!! I couldn’t have asked for more perfect handling of this problem.

amazing customer service. jaren, the manager, is one of the most professional people i've met. had a few issues with my insurance and card and he kept communication completely open and refunded me once my insurance went through. totally transparent with the pricing as well, and every problem that came up they took care of immediately. 10/10 service, and another shoutout to jaren for taking care of me personally.

ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL through PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE, completely dropped the ball. PROGRESSIVE’S insured hit me so they are required to provide a rental call.Enterprise told us they would call us in the morning to set up a time to pick up my wife from her work the following day. They never called so we called them many times but no one ever answered. You are unable to leave a message at one number and at the other number they didn’t call back. We were left without a rental call yesterday and now until 3pm today. My wife was left at her work for multiple hours waiting for me to be able to come get her. We had to completely adjust our schedules for two days now.PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE says they refuse to do anything about it. How about compensating us for the cost of the rental car we didn’t receive for having to completely adjust our schedules due to ENTERPRISE and PROGRESSIVE incompetence.

Dead battery after driving 5 miles. Like completely dead - can’t even jump it. And that’s after they downgraded from the car that we had reserved (and paid for!). Then they refused to try to put a new battery in the car, and wouldn’t provide another car. I will tell all my friends and family to avoid Enterprise.

Wife rented a car from them. While driving on the freeway during a rainstorm, the windshield wiper blade flew off the car. When told to the manager, wife just got a half-hearted apology.

These guys are amazing ! Anyone who has problems with a business like this does not understand busines and needs to not be able to leave reviews. They should be at a 4.9 with my experience here. Excellent customer service.

Had a very smooth experience renting a car for a business trip! It was prepaid, so we didn't have to deal with any of that but the service was very prompt and friendly and the car we got worked well and was nice and clean.
