These guys saved the day. I needed to tow a trailer and a 5th wheel. They made it happen! If you need a reliable 3/4 or 1 ton truck to tow with, this is the place to go! The only thing I wish they had is an unlimited milage option. Trucks are well maintained, clean and low mileage new trucks. Check them out!

Don’t trust these guys to have the truck you rent. I rented a box truck with a lift gate. I have a confirmation email and everything went as you’d expect. Except when I showed up they said they didn’t have the truck and none of their other locations had one either.

WOW. It's been a while since I've run into someone who was blatantly prejudice/racist. The white lady in front of me was offered two options for an insurance paid car rental and when it was my turn to pick up an insurance paid rental they didn't have the truck I had requested the night before by phone. I then offered to just take the other option that the lady was offered. He immediately responded with a "No, it's not available." I was very nice the whole time regardless, but he was adamant to only give me a little car even if I had reserved a truck and even if I would pay the difference of what the insurance wouldn't covered. I could not believe his behavior. Again that first lady, no fault of her own, came in got her choice of car and left. I was there for over an hour. I rent cars all the time and have never run into this type of treatment. I ended up taking an Uber to a different car rental company and picked up a car I wanted. It might just be this location that has problems because I have rented from Enterprise at the Sandy Automall and other locations quite a few times with no problem.

I live in Lehi, but I booked a standard vehicle in Draper using my Costco membership, months in advance. I was hoping they'd maybe have deals on convertibles when I got there. Upon arrival, I found the facility to be smaller than expected. The parking lot is tiny. I walked in with my road trip buddy at pick-up time and was greeted by, I believe a manager, but I cannot remember her name. I told her I was there to pick up for a reservation, and she asked when I made it. I told her, then she said they were low on cars and that I was lucky I had made the reservation so long ago... like I wouldn't have gotten one? Huh. I asked if they happened to have any convertibles, and she laughed, saying they don't have convertibles. Weird, because they were available to reserve here on Costco.com and at the SLC airport. They were out of standard vehicles and gave me to a brand new VW Tiguan which ended up working out really well. Unfortunately, I felt this manager was skeptical of me and my friend maybe because we both look pretty young, but we are both in our mid-30s, and I have rented cars many-a-time. She grilled us with questions, some of them I had never been asked. It started with "Where are you going?" I said we're taking a road trip east for a wedding. She asks me, "Like where East?" I say, "East Utah", and she says, "Where in East Utah? Like Vernal?" I say, "Yeah." She says, "Well, that's pretty far." (Um, yeah, unlimited mileage) Then she starts giving me the spiel about insurance, and I tell her I'm covered under my current State Farm policy. She asks me if I have comp and collision, and I say yes. She asks for a copy of my insurance card to verify my coverage and deductibles. She repeats back to me the deductibles I already know, and asks if I'm sure I want to decline because they're $500 each. I say yes, I know the coverage you're providing is unnecessary as I already have my own coverage. I used to work for Farmers Insurance, so I know how it works. She squints and says your insurance card says State Farm, so you worked at State Farm or Farmers? She seems to be insinuating I'm making this up. I tell her, I am aware my policy is with State Farm, and I indeed worked with Farmers. She reminds how the process will go if I damage the car in any way. Yeah, thanks. I get it. You think I'm going to damage the car. She says she has to verify information that "every" Enterprise location must confirm. She asks for my occupation, and I tell her I'm self-employed. She asks for the company name I work for, and I tell her I am working as a freelance editor. And she responds, "Okay, but what's the company name?" I tell her I get paid under my name, my SSN -- it's not mandatory to have a company name when working for yourself. Sheesh. She then asks for my full SSN which I have never provided to any rental location, but I needed to get the vehicle and get on with my trip. After that, she asks what my friend and mine's relationship is to each other for no apparent reason. I tell her he's my friend. She says okay, because if he's going to be driving, he would probably only be free if he was my spouse. I didn't ask to add him as a driver, but she went ahead and confirmed that Costco does allow one free driver. So she added him AFTER asking him for his occupation, place of work, and full SSN. We walk outside to inspect the vehicle, and she skims over it saying they wouldn't charge for any dents smaller than a quarter, but not feeling like she trusted me made me not trust her. I start taking pictures of anything I see and tell my friend to open the doors so I can inspect the inside. She tells me it's unnecessary and gives me glaring, unapproving looks. We walk back inside, she gives me the keys (but doesn't look like she wants to), and tells us to have a good trip in a hollow sort of way. We leave, and I feel like she's just watching my every move. I receive

I had a reservation at this location when I arrived there were 2 other customers ahead of me finally when it's my turn he tells me "uhm we don't have any more cars" he informed me that I had to go to another location. I told him I had ubered from the airport. I asked him so I have to Uber go the other location he said "uhm yea" I wasn't happy about that situation I stepped outside to make a phone call as I was outside I just hear the door lock. I had to order my Uber ride and wait outside in the cold. As I'm waiting outside insist see him leave. I'm traveling and you make reservations for a reason I think her could have made an effort to find me a car or offered to take me to the other location. It seemed like he was so eager to leave he didn't care about the customer. I've rented from several locations in Utah and this has been the only location where customer service dose not exist.

My grandmother and i got rear ended which is why she needed to rent a car so keep in mind we were just in a accident my grandmother who is 80 years old fell off the curb and landed flat on her face the guy just STARED AT HER WATCHING ME STRUGGLE TO HELP HER UP!!!!! I'm not even kidding about 5 minutes into trying to help her get up while worker just stared at her was like do you need help AFTER I finally helped her up with all of her stuff in my hands.. I didn't say anything at first because I didn't want to escalate the situation in front of my grandmother and use choice words so i allowed him to show her the car as she leaves and drives away i had my car there i talked to him and i said "when you see a old women fall you dont just watch her, what is wrong with you he then laughed and said I didn't know what to do i said do you think this is funny he then laughed again and said no. There will be action moving forward and i hope that you will learn your lesson on not to disrespect anyone ever again. Slips and falls happen but for the worker to laugh was outrageous.

They left me on hold for at least 20 minutes and then hung up on me. They told me the customers in their lobby were more important then me on the phone. I called back and asked if they could just swap out the car I had with something more fuel efficient. They said they didn't have anything and told me to just go look elsewhere instead of calling other places and helping me out.

Great service and an excellent vehicle. Eric, the manager was on the spot with the truck I needed right at 7:00 a.m. on a Friday morning. Outstanding customer service - very personable. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a Heavy Duty truck.
