I was able to to a tele-appointment for a separate issue during the covid situation and it was a positive experience and more convenient than going into the office. “I give the doctor I see a 10 and normally the staff. However, today I asked if I could call later that afternoon with my cc info or pay on my chart because my paycheck hits at 3. There response was no, they won't check me in without payment. I've come here prior to Kerry cox for over 13 years! I've had that issue 1 other time and they allowed me to pay it later that same day. I've never owed a balance ever. I'm coming on for a 10 min medication check”
