We really enjoyed our Branson trip in November. The shows we saw were selected for variety and excitement. We always had excellent seats. Our tour guides, who were also performers, were well known and respected in Branson. They made us feel very welcome. I recommend this tour, and would go again.

We recently returned from an 18 day Italy/Greece/Turkey tour with Fun for Less. It was incredible! Our tour managers were George and Clarisse Dyer, and they were the absolute best! Positive attitudes, much service for us daily, and a song for each excursion or event. George is an amazingly talented vocalist and lifted us each day. No matter how long or busy we were, he never complained, led with jokes, offered his help continually and then sang with power that left us amazed. Clarisse also sang and was very personable. In addition, we were fortunate to be treated to several lectures given by Michael Wilcox that explained the areas, prominent individuals in history, and important lessons to be learned. His recall is wonderful, and his presentations so worthwhile. The Fun for Less excursion package saved us hundreds of dollars and were so well done. The trip covered every city and port I had wanted. A true trip of a lifetime. Bravo!

Save your money & go with someone else. Prior to booking an Alaska / Yukon Tour & Cruise, we were told that because of Airfare prices out of Vancouver they were providing a bus to Seattle & we could take it. Now it's 4 weeks from our tour date & we've been informed that there won't be a bus. That there never was a bus. We can either pay an additional $1200 to fly from Vancouver to Seattle (spend the night in a hotel for another $300) & then Salt Lake City or we can change our flights from Vancouver to Salt Lake City for an additional $1600. When I try to talk to Customer Service their reply "I don't know who you talked to or what you were told if you look at our online information it says this." Well I was told that you had made other arrangements. And my favorite, "We aren't a travel agency, we're a travel company." We are only 4 weeks out & they still can't give me a disembarkation time so that I even know what time I can book my flight. This is beyond ridiculous & very unprofessional! They act like Holland America has booked this special trip just for them. But you can go on Holland America & book the exact same trip that Fun For Less is selling without all the hassle of having to change flight schedules at the last minute or being told things that aren't true. We're going to go on the trip & have as much fun as possible. But we definitely will never book with Fun For Less ever again!!

We've enjoyed our tours, but when it's over and you're coming home, you're pretty much abandoned and left on your own. That's very frightening when you're in a different country. Someone from FFL should stay with the group from start to finish!!

We have been with FFL on a number of tours - Israel, Egypt, China, England and US locations. They do a great job - but you need to understand what you are getting. The company has an LDS (Latter-Day-Saint) orientation. That means that there are things like prayers and testimonies of the LDS faith, and if that makes you uncomfortable you should probably pick another company. Our tour guide on two occasions was Glenn Rawson who is excellent. They also have an assigned couple to assist you during the tour - who are helpful coordinating things like meals, buses and hotels, but are really just on the tour with you. On our last tour we had two buses of 40 each - which is a lot of people. On that tour the husband of the "assist" couple got sick and had to go home - which meant the last half of the tour we had to step up and take care of more details ourselves. If you tour with a company like Tauck (we have) you will get more supervision and attention, but you will pay for it. We have been very happy with FFL on our four trips with them - just know what you are getting so you won't be disappointed.Scott L.

I have taken 2 trips with Fun for Less. While the itineraries and prices are very good, the customer service and unprofessional reps sent on the tours are enough for me to say, I'll never book with FFL again. I have never been so frustrated by constantly changing meeting times, missed opportunities to sight see (reps said there were many steps so we didn't go, which was not accurate). Overall FFL is very unprofessional, tour leaders are not trained to manage large tour groups.Choose another company

Poor communication of what is covered vs what is promised. Cost us an extra $2600 which they blame on weather but is not covered by purchased insurance. I guess I should have hired and attorney to read the fine printWe will not use fun for less again. My Friends call it Fun for More.

I have taken 3 tours with this company. The first 2 trips were fantastic! Great guest educator both times. The last trip was this year. My friend and I booked again because a trip this year had the same guest educator. We have learnedso much from him. We were disappointed when they changed educators a few months out. At that time they assigned another known educator. Ok, we understood things happen. Again they changed, a new unknown team were assigned. They were not educators, they acted in the capacity of tour directors, very kind, tried their best, but had never been on a Fun For Less tour. I contacted the company with my disappointment. An explanation was given how they were trying to get 3 years of tours done at once….health issues, over booking of guest educators…..we understand all that. But we pay a premium for those guest educators! No offer of reimbursement or credit for not having that educator. Not what I expected from them.

They have the best thought out and fun vacation experiences for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The trips are fairly price for the wonderful effort and itinerary they put together.

By far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Booked a trip prior to Covid and the trip got postponed. Trip was paid in full prior to the postponement. Recently got an email invoice stating I owed an additional $88 so I called regarding the billing issue and pretty much got hung up on mid sentence (very abruptly placed on hold). Was mocked because I was questioning a charge of $88 stating that it was "only $88" and not a big deal. Then was told that no one in the office could explain why I was being charged and got told they had more important issues and it was "above his pay grade." Not to mention that my original flight with Delta cost more than the rescheduled one, fun for less told me I had a remaining $23 credit with Delta yet if I do the math it's closer to $70. Parents are going on the same trip and Fun for less over billed them by more than $1000 for flights, only reason it got caught was diligence on my parents part (Fun for less has since issued my parents a check for $1000+ for the over bill/payment). They definitely have some creative accounting/billing practices and some of the most horrific customer support I've ever experienced.

This was truly one of the WORST tours. I spent 13 days in Europe on their Switzerland tour and the guide was the living worst. DO NOT use this company for a tour. Especially with Arie in Switzerland. Good hell.

We were on a cruise in Antarctica January of 2020. We found out that there was a Fun4Less tour on our sailing. Although we were not a part of the tour and understood that we could not participate in shore and tour only functions, we reached out before the trip and were told that we could join in the lectures. That there was plenty of room to do so. Once upon a ship, we left messages for the tour leaders, but heard nothing. We overheard people talking about a lecture that was coming up and went to that lecture. We sat in the back corner so it's not to be intrusive. We were approached by a member of the tour group and asked to leave. We explain to them that we had permission and again were told we could not be there. We reached out to the tour leaders several more times and never received a response. We would not tour with them for any reason. Our experience was that they are entitled and cliquish.
