Don't buy from them , you won get what the advertised. I bought a tv stand with fireplace and everything is listed as fireplace.. but I got it delivered without fireplace, cos it's a 2 part item of course more money for the fireplace . Really bad costumer service I should say non service , Alessandra is was horrible she ignored me and k going with some sor of paperwork . if curious find the item their website even on item description say fireplace.Mc-grrx56gr.. don't buy this item.

Super frustrating experience. Delivery guys were over 5 hours late. I tried to be understanding but it’s frustrating when you’re told to be home between 10-12 on a Saturday and they don’t show up until 4pm. They stained the couch with their dirty hands. They didn’t put the couch together correctly and the pullout was broken when they delivered it. The delivery men told me they couldn’t do anything about it and to send pictures to the store. I did. They also scratched the table during delivery and the delivery guy used a permanent marker to fill in the scratch (which I understood) but then he spit on his finger and tried to rub the excess marker away. I was disgusted. The pullout on the couch broke completely within a few weeks. The tabla has had bolts fall out from under it several times. When I reached out to the store, they asked for photos under the table. They didn’t reorder the replacement parts while waiting for photos under the table. I have a bad back and cannot crawl under the table to figure out which bolts have fallen out. It’s super disappointing that I paid for a high quality item and received a scratched up piece of garbage that is falling apart and a stained and broken couch. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to friends. I was trying to support local businesses but wish I had gone with a chain that stands behind their products.

My husband and daughter all thought that the service was perfect. It was wonderful. They taught us all we needed to know about the recliner that my husband was interested in. Got to set up for the payment plan and at all was wonderful. Everybody there was wonderful. Thank you so very much

Erin helped us at the store. We just moved in to the area and need furniture for the house. She was knowledgeable, down to earth and didn’t push for a sale she genuinely cared for what we were looking for and even gave advice on what not to get. We ended up having to go home and do some extra measurements but the next day purchased everything we wanted with her help.

What a great experience. I walked into the store and was allowed to explore before a sales rep came up to us. Diego (sales rep) is amazing. Not pushy but suggestive, he listened to what we wanted and helped us with getting the exact couch set we wanted. They should keep him around!

Worst furniture experience of my life. My whole delivery was a shit show. Furniture came in broken. They sent the wrong parts. Delivery was a headache. Don't buy from them.

I've been getting my furniture from this location for around 10 years now and unfortunately they are no longer as good as they once were. The quality of their products seems to have remained consistent, but the customer service they offer has fallen off of a cliff.I purchased a new couch back in January of this year. I was given an estimate of 8-10 weeks before the couch is in their warehouse and a total of 10-14 weeks for me to actually have the couch in my house. Fast forward to mid-June and I hadn't heard a single word from them. We were at 17 weeks since purchase, so 3 weeks late on their latest estimate. I decided to call to see what was going on.It was explained to me that they hadn't been calling me because the rep that sold me the couch is no longer with the company. They actually wanted me to believe that's an acceptable reason for the company to not contact me and that having an off-boarding process to distribute these things to other workers isn't a thing at all.Additionally, a few weeks ago the manufacturer decided to call and say that they won't be able to get the couch to Furniture Row's warehouse until late June or early July. So my couch isn't late because the manufacturer changed the estimate. This is problematic because the estimate for the manufacturer was 8-10 weeks. According to the story they told me, the manufacturer called at week 12. So it was already late. You can't just decide that something isn't late anymore because you have a new estimate. Also, this is problematic because I was never contacted about it.I explained to them that I was told this was a very firm estimate and that 14 weeks would be the longest I'd have to wait. I explained that we have events planned where we are planning on using these. We gave ourselves a few weeks buffer, but no one has been contacting us, so we didn't know we needed to make other plans. I explained the inconvenience of this and asked what they could do to help remedy this situation and they told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could, at the very least, do something like deliver the couch for free to my house, and they declined. They seem to think that this couch isn't late and that the lack of communication is okay.I'm most concerned that no one seems to be taking ownership of this. This is all the employee's fault who no longer works with them. There's 0 accountability anymore in helping a customer have a good experience. So, unfortunately, I'm forced to change my opinion on this location and start telling people to look elsewhere. You'll have a much better experience with a different company.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at furniture row. Sebastian took us through all of their available inventory, and then patiently took me through all the different fabric options for our custom order. I would definitely shop with Sebastian again

We got a charcoal gray leather sofa at Furniture Row 10 years ago and have been really happy with it. The foam on the two ends (where we sit mostly) got a bit saggy and compressed so we went there again and picked out a similar one in navy leather. I knew exactly what I wanted and knew I had the next chance of finding it there due to their large leather selection. I found it 5 minutes after walking in. I checked a couple of other stores nearby since I had already driven all the way there and didn’t find anything else I liked. Brought my husband back to make sure he was on board and we special ordered our sofa. (The sectional was in stock but a regular sofa was special order.) We knew it would take months and we’re fine with that. It came on schedule. We are really happy with it and happy with our experience at Furniture Row.

Our experience at Furniture Row was very pleasant and hassle free. Most places we shopped around at for a new dining table, the sales people can be a tad over the top with questions and following you around too much. Diego was awesome to work with. He gave us our space and let us browse. We shopped around today at other stores and ultimately decided on a table and chairs at Furniture Row that Diego helped us with. We saw a couple of other pieces that we are interested in and will come back and work with him and Furniture Row for sure.

Looking for a particular piece of furniture and not finding it in nearby stores. Stepped into Furniture Row and greeted but not mobbed like we felt in some stores. Ashley heard what we were looking for and found options that worked. We checked a few more places then returned based on price, quality and style. As well as the personable service provided by Ashly
