After months or researching every class C in the west we ended our continued search with the help of Rob and his Fantastic team at the Utah General RV.We were hesitant to buy out of state but with the kindness and professionalism that was shown we knew we were in good hands.The team took time to FaceTime the final two units in our check list. From there Hafin in Finance went over the licensing and registration for our home state and explained the convenience of there out of state registration process. He then worked diligently to get us the best rate and explained the safety protections that would provide our family with convenience in our new journey.Ed in the parts dept spent time answering all of outlets questions and walked us through with the knowledge of the necessary equipment we would need to enjoy our camping. We are taking our parents back nextweek to out fit them with there new coach.Thanks General!

Was looking to buy a 2023 grand design. Had agreed on a price with thr sales person and Mgr. However when we spoke to Hafen in finance he was very rude, raised the price from the day before and tried to hide the fact. Stated if we couldn't afford the Grand design maybe we should be looking at a brand half the price. When we talked about interest rates he insulted our credit score 740 and told us it was the best out there and no one could beat him.So we found a 2024 for only 7000 more, with more upgrades and a Interest rate 3/4 percent better at another dealership and bought it.Hafen is worse than an old school used car salesmen.Their loss our gain.

We met with Blake at the Tampa, FL RV Show when we were referred to him as the man to talk to about getting the best trade-in quote for our existing RV, and he did not disappoint. I had a target figure in mind and he was instrumental in making it happen, albeit after some negotiations.

Blake was very knowledgeable about the 5th wheel we purchased. He was very good at negotiating, so we were able to get the deal we needed in order to purchase. He even stuck around after hours to be sure that everything went smoothly for us with financing. He followed up with a call two weeks later just to touch base with us on the time schedule for delivery of our new unit.

Form the moment we met Blake Krahenbuhl of the General RV/Brinkley display at the Florida RV show we felt like valued customers. His knowledge of the line enabled him to answer all of our questions across three different t models of campers the we were interested in. We have found through our continued General RV experience from sales, financing and parts orders has been outstanding so we are anxiously looking forward to our pick up date. Since the sale and financing both Blake and Sof have remained in contact with us from just checking in to finalizing details of our order, build and financing. Thanks for taking care of our questions and helping to get us into a Brinkley Camper. As previously stated we made this deal at the Florida RV show, live in NC and will pick up our unit in Richmond VA but feel like the dealership, salesman and finance are just around the corner and responsive to any and all questions we come up with. Thanks again and looking forward to many more memories.

We purchased a new RV about a year ago. It has been in the shop for warranty work more than it has been in our driveway. We have had nothing but problems and the dealership cannot be trusted or relied upon to take responsibility for their fast talking sales people and management that does not seem to care. They are in it for the money and we want our money back. Beware of buying an rv from them. We are still waiting for an answer from them. They sent us to their customer service dept and nothing has really transpired. They only sent us forms to complete which were for copies of the repair work they did. They have done absolutely nothing to remedy our situation. It appears that legal action is the only other alternative.Be careful and find another reputable dealership.

The purchase of our new 2023 Apex Nano Off Grid travel trailer from General RV in Dover Florida was a very pleasant experience thanks to the entire staff there. Our salesman “Yorkshire Dave”, as he was affectionately called by his colleagues due to his English roots, made our buying experience completely stress free. Dave sat down with us to formulate an idea of what we desired in a travel trailer and then loaded us up in a golf cart and showcased several trailers that fit our needs. At no time did he try to pressure us to buy let alone buy more than we wanted. He made it clear that we had all the time we wanted in order to refine our search. Even after we narrowed down our decision Dave took us back to view our final selections one last time to solidify our ultimately choice. He explained all the features in “our” trailer, answered all our questions and helped with the purchase parameters. All in all “Yorkshire Dave” was a great salesman to deal with. We could not recommend him more.

Had the best experience here. The sales woman who helped, Deja, was comprehensive in her knowledge of and advocated for my needs perfectly. She was patient with my schedule and communicated with me regularly without being aggressive. Truly a luxury experience that also saved me money.
