I really appreciate the good work of grease monkey employees. But I don’t appreciate that when you spend the extra money to get fully synthetic oil that lasts 7000 miles, The company policy is that they only guarantee the oil for 3000 miles. So they put a sticker on your windshield, reminding you to come back and get an oil change in three months and 3000 miles. That seems intentionally deceptive. Do they hope we’ll forget and come back long before we actually need to? I feel badly for the employees who were asked to implement that policy

The Grease Monkey team helped me figure out and solve the codes that prevented a successful emissions test. The retesting did not cost anything extra. Thanks Oakley -- your guys are smart and courteous.

Normally this place takes care of me today was not the day for them. Not trying to be mean but I had just come from cleaning my car when I came in for an oil change. The oil change was getting done and they brought my cabin filter in to show me I asked them to replace it and they did but they were out of stock I didn’t mind waiting an extra twenty minutes so I said I’d wait. Everything seemed to be going well that is until I got into my car to leave and it was left with leaves sticks (most likely from my filter I know) but I would have assumed if I came in for an oil change and you dirtied my car you would vacuum it up? Am I wrong ? I’ve never had my car returned to me like this.

A little disappointed. The technicians forgot to reattach (clamp down) the air intake tube after checking my air filter. This has happened twice at Jiffy Lube, each time triggering my check engine light, and a hard upsell on an air filter … not cool. This is why I switched to Grease Monkey. However in my last 2 experiences here , they didn’t put in enough oil saying afterward that their oil gun wasn’t working, and this time they didn’t clamp down the air intake.
I’d like to have my oil changed and have it done right and honestly. This is getting old. I guess I’ll have to start doing it myself.
