Other great clips have accepted competitors and expired coupons. This one noticed mine was a few days expired, which I didn't notice, and charged full price. I've never had that happen

Took my two kids in to get simple trim up haircut. Angela did my son and she did a great job. Was really great with him and he looked fantastic after. Kelsey, on the other hand was kind of rude. She needed me to hold my daughters head, even though my daughter was holding completely still. I got my phone out so I could move money over to pay her and she kept telling me to put my phone away, and when I told her I was just moving money over she told me I could wait till after the haircut. I am a 30 year old woman and there’s just some things you don’t say to your customers. She talked to me like I was a child and her comment really rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve never had issues at this location before, but Kelsey came off extremely rude.
I work in customer service, and I wouldn’t dream of speaking to my customers the way she spoke to me. I can understand if my daughter was squirming and acting crazy for her haircut, but she wasn’t from what I saw. There’s never a reason to talk down to your customers.

Ladies, if you have long hair, do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I asked for a simple trim in a v shape and the stylist somehow managed to mess it up. She never asked how I part my hair, I don't think she even combed it out before she began to cut. Thank God for the other stylist who stepped in and somewhat fixed it. If you're a guy, you'll probably be alright getting your haircut here.
I believe my stylists name was Jamie? Brown hair. The one who stepped in was a blonde, I think her name is Erica. Most incompetent woman to ever cut my hair.
