The girl with red hair was a real jerk for no reason. I don't know what her problem was but she was very condescending and rude. I've never had this kind of experience getting a haircut before. Its definitely not worth getting mistreated for a pretty mediocre haircut.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I believe Kelsie was the one that cut my sons hair and she did an amazing job, my son makes sure everyone notices his haircut all the time time lol really appreciate it !

Great Clips has a fantastic app that allows you to check in online and save your place in line so you don’t have to show up and wait if there is a line. Also, I get coupons through the app. The hair stylists are well trained and always cut my hair exactly as I ask and they are great listeners.

I have been coming to this great clips for years! I love it!
Kelsey, the redhead, has always made me feel so welcome. I have alopecia, which makes getting a haircut very stressful for me. Once a month for 3+ years, I have gone to Kelsey. She always makes me look good, has great conversation, and makes me feel more confident and comfortable with my hair.

I usually never write negative reviews and I understand that being in customer service is rough.. but don’t be rude, snippy, or impatient with me please. I also work in customer service so I understand the struggle but the past few times I’ve gotten the same stylist who always has the same attitude. And I don’t want to be mean but last time I left there I got a haircut I did not like (for the second time in a row) and felt so mistreated. It felt like I couldn’t speak up to voice my actual opinion and when I got home I just wanted to cry. “Well this is great clips not a salon I need a photo or for you to tell me exactly” after showing a photo but she would not let me explain because she saw it as a boys haircut. I have very very short hair that was similar length to the photo for the sides and back I wanted cut. and I’m not an expert in hair but I don’t think gender changes too much about it? Apologies if this sounds like rambling. But I have seen multiple bad reviews about Kelsey and she also messed up my brothers hair and does not work with him well at all. It was not a good environment at all for me and sorry to say me and my family have decided to go elsewhere. I am a person of the lgbt+ community as well so perhaps more inclusivity should be educated.. but that’s just a thought after a lot of bad experiences.

The only reason I’m giving any stars is because Angela cut my three year old sons hair and she did a great job. Kelsey, on the other hand (redhead) couldn’t handle my four year-old even though she wasn’t even moving. She called me over to hold her head still so she could get her hair even even though my daughter was behaving perfectly fine. I let go after a while to pull my phone out so I could move money over so I could pay and I figured since my daughter wasn’t moving it would be fine. Kelsey then proceeded to tell me to put my phone away super rudely. And then when I told her I was just moving money over so I could pay her, She told me it could wait until after the haircut. If you can’t handle cutting kids hair without being rude then simply say that and let someone else do it. It was a super easy trim and bangs and we’ve never had issues before. She really just rubbed me the wrong way and I did Tip her but honestly now I regret it thinking about how rude she was. Definitely won’t be using her when we get hair cuts at this location.

Would not recommend. Charged full price for like a 7 minute haircut and didn't bother to touch the sides or make it look even. Had to go somewhere else after. Also the stylists had attitude despite the shop being empty.. wonder why..
