I'm not the most experienced mountain biker, but every time I go in to Hangar 15 in Draper I'm treated professionally and get all my questions answered without any judgement. Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.

I had my bike in to service the fork. When I got the bike back, it was immaculate. Cleaner than it's been since it rolled off the factory floor. The frayed cable end had been capped. The chain had been lubed. The tech did an absolutely incredible job.

The service crew here is galactically competent, efficient, and accommodating. You could find better service, but you’d have to harness the laws of special or general relativity to manipulate spacetime. I bought a mountain bike here about a year ago that I use for daily commuting. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve rolled it into the shop for an adjustment or replacement part and had them complete the work in less than five minutes. In the latest example, I rolled in for some new brake pads yesterday toward the end of the day. Despite being occupied with other service jobs, they somehow squeezed this quick job in. They ran to get the right brake pads off the shelf, installed them, adjusted the cable lengths, and reset the barrel adjusters. I rolled away about three minutes later.

Wow! Super awesome service! I couldn't get the handlebars or fender on my e-scooter because the small multi tool that came with it from the factory was to small, but they were able to get it on pretty quickly.Update: I went in a 2nd time and was quoted $80/hr for putting on a steering damper, so just be aware of that if it's something you might be able to fix yourself.

My bike was in the shop for almost 2 months very disappointing, they gave me a discount in the end but only 20 bucks which I feel is a little unfair for having my bike out of commission for so long. Good employees I spoke with but just disappointing service

I LOVE this bike shop! During mountain biking season (there are 5 in my family that bike on school teams) I am in there A LOT and they are always so helpful and take such good care of me and my bikes! I don’t feel like they ever try to upsell me or get me to buy things I don’t need. They really are the best…especially Caden and Alex. When we come in with a bike in need of a quick fix (or even a not so quick fix) they take care of us on the spot and are so so so good at what they do!! We ❤️ Caden and Alex!!! ❤️Chad and Mary

UPDATE (20-JUL): Joe reached out and wanted to work with me to make it work. I had already moved on but I'm updating the review because honestly didn't expect to hear anything further. Thanks for reaching out even though things didn't pan out.Really disappointed in the latest sales experience I had here. Was looking for a good e-bike for my wife. Joe asked a lot of questions and pointed me to a few options. I found one that looked like a good candidate and asked if it was the only one they had. Joe looked in the computer and confirmed they had 2 available. We tried to confirm the color and model on the Cannondale web site but it looked like the wrong bike. I asked Joe multiple times if it was correct and he said it was and even matched the serial number in the computer. I then double checked the price with him and Joe told me yes they would honor the tagged price. Joe said he would set it aside so I could bring my wife back to make sure the size was right. When I returned with my wife Joe was "busy" so we waited around. When he finally came out he asked if I got his message. I didn't get any message. He then said he spoke with his manager and the bike was, in fact, tagged incorrectly and they couldn't sell it to me for the price marked. I understand the bike was mistagged but I also know I asked multiple times and was assured everything was good. What a waste of time. Their inventory mistakes are not my problem but I won't waste my time here again.I would say to be careful and double check all prices but that won't make any difference. Just hope you are interested in a bike that is labeled correctly.

I was looking for a Mountain Bike and specifically for the Cannondale Trail SE models and found Trail SE 3 and Trail SE 4 to be my options. After careful consideration, decided to go for Trail SE 3 (Dropper post, Rockshox Judy Silver TK 120mm Fork, 1x11 Shimano Deore) and there was only one unit available in Midway but tried giving a call to Hangar 15 Bicycles in Draper and realized they had one SM in stock. Then I met JOE, the man who patiently heard all my questions and helped me finally pick the bike I wanted. He said it would take a hour or more to have it assembled but, the team got it ready in ~half an hour (sorry, didn't get the technicians names). As I was walking out the store, had a small issue with one of the tires and again, Joe stepped in and took care of it by switching to tubeless tires quickly. Overall, I'm beyond stoked to get such an amazing deal on a great bike, Kudos to the team for doing what they're best at- making sure their customers get what they want - Great products, Great service at Great price!Thank you, Joe for helping me pick up my first MTB! Good luck y'all!

Great. Very helpful and professional. I'd recommend it for all your mountain biking needs. They also have road bikes as well.

Bought a bike on Amazon that came damaged. I took it to two other bike shops to be repaired and both told me they couldn’t fix it. I took it to Hangar 15 and not only did they fix it but they did it in 10 minutes while I waited and didn’t even charge me for it.

Showed up with a broken bike. They sold me the parts and installed them right away free of charge. Awesome experience. Didn’t even buy the bike here.

sales team was awesome when I bought the bike, brought in for a 30 day tuneup and received my bike back with large scratches on the handlebars exposing aluminum, and part of my newly installed frame guard damaged. take pics of your gear before service. quality of the service seems fine but disappointed in how my bike was returned to me.

I went to a different bike shop to be turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. So I came to Hanger. I was greeted by multiple people and everyone made sure I was taken care of. I was told that they didn’t have room to store bikes and so they would check to make sure I even needed a full tune up. I didn’t, just some minor adjustments and goop in my tires. They did it right then and there. They were efficient, honest and super helpful. They could have ripped me off and had me pay for tunes I didn’t need and kept my bikes for three weeks. $60 and 15 min later…my bikes are ready for spring! Great bike shop and amazing customer service.
