It’s so nice but holy extortion! Why is everything double the cost than any other store for the same product? 1 lemon is $1?! Insane.

Don't order for delivery or pickup via their website. The orders never arrive and they are holding all of the funds. You will then have to spend 45+ minutes on the phone for a refund.
If you order for pickup the order is NEVER complete and errors made. You are never told about missing items via email or text. Until you get home.
Not the Harmons it used to be at all.

This would be a 5 star store for us except for that the USPS store doesn’t have a QR code reader for shipping labels. It’s majorly inconvenient to have to go print your labels when you don’t have a printer. I hope they set up the QR scanner in the future so I can revise this review.

If you buy thier boneless chicken thighs prepare for foul smelling fowl. If you get the bald headed guy in customer service we'll expect a foul idiot. Don't buy chicken here. The most expensive store in utah

Never coming back here. Went in to get lunch and went to the deli to get the 2 chicken meal. Ann at the Deli asked if I wanted a leg and thigh or breast and wing. I asked politely if I could just do two legs. She proceeded to give me an attitude by repeating my choices again and said I can't do two legs. She probably shouldn't be talking to customers if she has a bad attitude like that. Never going to Harmons if this is the kind of employee they hire.

This place is pretty amazing. My one complaint is that a young grocer stopped me from shoving a plush ducky into a CoinStar machine and that made me feel like an idiot. I know he was doing his job but like, cmon, it was nothing personal. Anyways, cool place. Too many yuppies, though.

I guess they train their young checkout employees to not greet you or smile l. Really don’t enjoy going and being treated like an annoyance.

YOUR SELF CHECKOUTS DON'T FING WORK. Put human beings in the checkout lines so that people can actually buy groceries.

7/9. Around 7:15 pm . A suspicious looking guy in a huge helmet and dark sunglasses with face completely covered in store with open arms(gun). Called to Report to staff and they said they allow open carry arm in this store while online it says harmons doesnt anymore . Did not feel safe at all with his face completely hidden and a gun on him. We left the store .

Writing to you to express my concerns about the current work environment in the store. Lately, I have been feeling increasingly uncomfortable due to what I perceive as a toxic atmosphere in the grocery Department. I believe it is important to address these issues in order to maintain a healthy and productive workplace for all employees. There are several specific issues that have contributed to my feelings of discomfort. Firstly, there seems to be a lack of effective communication and collaboration among team members. This has led to misunderstandings, conflicts, and a general sense of tension within the team. Additionally, there have been instances of disrespectful behavior and unprofessional conduct thathave made it difficult for us to focus on work and feel valued as a member of the team. Ridiculous this is what I heard from a friend of mine that works there.
