I’m giving this location 1 star because their Bistro seating area is disgusting. The floor is dirty. The tables are dirty. The counters are dirty and dusty. The garbage cans are dirty so I do not want to touch the lid to throw my trash away. This Bistro does not live up to Harmon‘s standards of quality.

Bakery manager was rude and doesn't know how to handle being a manager towards her employees. Practically saw her chew out a baker for what seemed like a minor inconvenience. Disgraceful!

Not sorry but these guys are garbage. busy or not they simply just don’t care. I spent 11 hours trying to get my prescription filled. Unfortunately there automated system would either hang up or would make me wait for ever then transfer me to there cooperate which I was then hung up on 3 times. My doctor called multiple times seriously ALL day. And this kept happening over and over to us both. Currently waiting at the pharmacy hopefully they give me the correct medications and I don’t die or something. There biggest excuse is “we had an insurance issue but I’ll push it through” !!! 👍. One day ima be a Walgreens pharmacist hopefully if I’m cool enough

Our go-to grocer in the area. Never have any complaints, however, the young man working the register this afternoon needs a life lesson in customer relations. This kid (tall skinny dirty blonde boy) I presume is a high schooler and was such a lazy, rude, condescending little brat who needed an attitude adjustment. Harmon’s, if you know who I’m talking about, please teach this kid how to work with customers or send him on his way.

Kind employees, with a clean store and good food options. The employee in the deli section helped me get pasta competently and kindly. The interior eating area with chairs and tables was nice to have. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit high.

They always have the most and best options for everything, definitely my go to spot when I'm looking for something specific that's hard to find. They have an amazing beer selection. We've been coming here for 20+ years, always friendly people here.

I shop at Harmons 4 to 5 times a week, in general customer service is always amazing, friendly, polite, and professional. But I’ve gone to the bakery twice in the last six weeks and both times the same gal has Been very rude and acts put out that she has to help me. Nowadays with so many options to shop in it’s very frustrating to be treated that way and in a customer service job! she shouldn’t be working with customers. I believe her name was Gabby or Abby?!? younger girl with dark brown pair. Needless to say, I will not be shopping in the bakery department from Harmons again.

Good tasting food, didn’t have a great experience with picking up a catering order.Ordered mini sliders for an event I was hosting. When I got there, the deli only had 1 of my 3 platters and said my order for the other 2 got lost and it works be 10 minutes for them to make the rest of my order. 10 minutes later they tell me that they don’t have the right bread so I can wait 15 more minutes while they make more or I’ll have to do different rolls. Well I have an event I need to get to so I guess I’ll take whatever you’ve got. They told me I could take something off the premade shelf while I wait. While that was a nice gesture, I spent $150 on sandwiches and they offered me a $7 treat. I feel like more should have been offered given I waited almost 30 minutes past my pickup time and had to settle for something other than what I had ordered. I will say the sandwiches tasted great though!

Well this more has to do with how this place conducts business. I am very concerned by how this place treats the senior citizens that work there or worked there. I am appalled at this modern day and age that the type of treatment still happens in a place of business. My mother who is almost 70 years old worked at that company for ten years only for them to get a change of management and for her to be treated horribly. She has a muscular disease and years prior had submitted her doctors paperwork only for the company to lose it and with new management tell her they will not reasonably accommodate her. Shame on this company, should get a lawyer.

I like this grocery store, and I shop here about once a week because it’s close to my home. The employees are courteous. But here are a few things I have noticed through the years. 1- the Harmon’s in Sandy is oftentimes cheaper than this Harmon’s. 2- this Harmon’s is typically under stocked on many items. 3- all Harmon’s stopped carrying my favorite Kampucha: “Live Spicy Cherry Berry”.But overall, a good, local grocery store.

Holy cow. The cheese selection is ginormous. The bakery is killer. I just wish there was one closer to my house.2024-03-10 visitOur cashier was heavy handed with our groceries. She overloaded one bag and when we got home the handle broke and completely ruined a pie.we.bought for a birthday celebration.I took the pie, receipt, and paper bag handle back to the store.I asked the girl who was monitoring the self checkout where I could find the manager. She looked around, pointed and said, "She's on number 3." I went to the #3 check stand and quietly told the woman that I would need to talk to her after she was done ringing up the customer. She turned and looked at me like I was from Mars. After ringing up a couple more items she asked what the issue wasI told her there was an issue with one of the cashier's - who happened to be at the next lane.BTW her check stand light was off and no one else was in line. While she was finishing with the customer, 2 more customers showed up in her line. When she was finished with the customer she began to ring up the next customer and told me I should go to the customer service counter. There's no reason this manager could not have taken a minute to hear me out and replace the pie. Isn't this part of why Harmon's has higher prices? To provide great customer service? So, I went to the customer service counter and waited a while before someone arrived. Lauren heard me out and.said to go get a replacement pie.I feel like Harmon's dropped the ball on several levels today. It wasn't an issue with just one employee.I expect better, Harmon's.

This store is an absolute rip off! And the prepared food isn’t that good. I can’t believe it can even stay in business.

Harmon's produce is usually better than most other grocers , their celery looked terrible , pieces they should've trimmed off. Harmon's charges more than other stores for everything they should at least trim their produce better than they do.

Salad bar is not ADA compliant. Need 6ft arms in order to reach anything. Everything in this grocery is $5 or more. Think Publix but more expensive.
