the only reason i keep coming back is because it is very close to my house and my primary caregiver. everytime i come the service is mediocre and every employee acts like they hate their job. very impatient, short, and stern for no reason.

I'm not sure what happened to this pharmacy. I have been going here for years but this last year something has changed. The people clearly don't want to be there and seem inconvenienced to help you. Repeatedly annoyed faces and pissy additudes will not secure loyal customers. I can't remember the last time I was asked if I had any questions about the prescriptions I was filling. I'll be taking my family of five and our pharmaceutical needs elsewhere.

The pharmacy techs here are so profoundly unpleasant to talk to, and make you feel stupid for asking any questions. They have a very irritated demeanor, and it comes off in a way that makes you feel bad for even needing a prescription.
Also, my first encounter here, the pharmacist closed the window on me because it was their lunch time, said come back another time bye! I didn’t know their special lunch break times, it was my first trip and I’d been in line for 10 minutes. I dismissed that encounter because it is posted, saw that after she shut the window on me.
Don’t recommend. I will be switching to a new pharmacy.

After experiencing repeated issues with the pharmacy technician who answers the phone, I decided to check the reviews—and sure enough, I’m not the only one facing problems with her. She has a condescending attitude that makes it feel like refilling your medication is an inconvenience to her. There are lots of heavy sighs and an overall lack of professionalism. Another annoying thing is that the last 2 times I called she never gave me her name.
I recently moved and needed my medications refilled. I called them, and they said they would refill and get the medications transferred over. It’s been three days with no update or notification. I had to call my previous pharmacy to get the prescriptions transferred because Harmons just wasn’t taking care of it. I wish there was better communication with me as the customer if delays are expected or if they’re waiting on something.

I’ve been calling them and my dr office for days now. I’ve went in 2x and still they don’t listen to me. I speak to someone different everyday and after 4 days of no meds I need to switch pharmacy. Then when I was fixing the issue calmly I was hung up on. No call back!

Harmony’s Pharmacy at Bangerter is far and above better than our previous pharmacy we have used for years. We only used a national brand pharmacy because that’s all we knew. After many months of frustrating experience my wife called Harmons pharmacy who went out of their way to help. We have never experienced such customer from Walgreens in Draper. If we only would have known that local pharmacies such as Harmons cared about our needs we would have switched years ago. I highly recommend Harmons pharmacy in Draper Bangerter crossing for their attention to detail, customer service and delivery of great care to their customers.

Harmons is my local grocery store. It's expensive but there are specialty items I cannot get anywhere else so I go back again and again. Love the salad bar, the made fresh daily breakfast burritos, the Thanksgiving dinner items, the dinner for two that I can pick up and take home to pop in the oven.The deli is much better quality meats than other stores and the seafood too!

Having used several pharmacies across the valley from Provo to West Jordan to Saratoga springs, I can say that the interaction I had at this pharmacy was by far the worst I’ve ever had. From the second I walked up it felt like 1, every word out of my mouth was some kind of personal attack on the pharmacist and 2, by her condescending tone she thought this was my first time going to the pharmacy and I had no clue how anything worked. Looking at some other reviews on this page, clearly there is a serious problem with the behavior of the staff here. Please discuss customer interactions soon.

Excellent staff, so helpful and kind. Helped me with getting an emergency prescription filled while out of town - coordinated the prescription to pick up including calling me when it was ready.

Terrible service! I called today and asked a question about my meds, woman on the phone says hold one then comes back a couple minutes later and says "Can you call back in 30 minutes, it's our lunch time". Why did you answer the call and WASTE MY TIME!

I don't recommend this pharmacy. Filling a 'specialty prescription' (whatever that means) subjects you to scrutiny and an awkward conversation that had to involve three staff members even when you declined to speak to a pharmacist. They even made a point of telling me the retail cost of the drug to explain why they had to go through additional checks. They said I will have to go through this every time I fill it, which I won't do again here.
