Booked my car a week ago. They say the called me to let me know they didn’t have a car for me. But they sure didn’t. Failed. Now I don’t have a car to get to work in. Thanks for that!

Avoid renting car from Hertz company in general. They take your secure deposit and never release it to you. Their customer service is not responsible for any thing! Just avoid rent car from them.

This Hertz location seems to be suffering. They are part of a system that frequently sets up service failure for customers. Satisfying customers is quite difficult in this condition. Try somewhere else until things change. Frustration at nearly every step in process. Avoid.

What ever you do, avoid this location at all cost. There is a sense of carelessness that is astonishing. I walked in at 4:55 pm (BTW this location closes at 5:30) two customer service agents, and the "supervisor" Jordan all at their desks shooting the breeze. I informed them that our car was now out of the shop, and I was in to return my rental car. The "super" informed me that they could not receive it and suggested I drive to other locations, one 20 minutes away and the other 45 minutes away, both in the opposite direction to where I live, during rush hour. When I informed him that wouldn't work, he said with a smirk you can come back another day, those are your options. I guess the lady's insurance that plowed into us will continue to pay them until they feel like taking it back... I don't know who Jordan reports to and frankly I don't care, but you would think that someone in the higher chain of command would be alarmed by the 2.7 star review average.

This location is awful. I couldn't agree more with the other reviews about the "not my problem" mentality of the people that work here. I rent with Hertz all the time and I've never experienced service this poor from a Hertz location anywhere in the country.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HERTZ LOCATION!!! I made a reservation 5 days in advance, and when I arrived, I was told that there were no cars available and that there was nothing that could be done. I asked about going to the Hertz airport location but was told that the airport is a "different system" and that they do not have to honor reservations made at this location, even if the airport has cars available (so I would likely have to pay a much higher price for a same-day reservation). I was also told that this Hertz location had verified the day before that there were enough cars for the day. However, too many reservations were made overnight (why did Hertz allow so many reservations to be made overnight???), so there were no more cars when I arrived. This means that someone who made a reservation overnight was given priority over my reservation which was made 5 days in advance. The person who helped me was very polite and patient. However, I think her hands were tied, and she just had no power or ability to help me. I'm not sure why this Hertz location even bothers taking reservations if they don't intend to honor them (or even bother to have cars moved from other nearby Hertz locations if they are overbooked).

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. She was doing what should be a 3 person job. They need to staff better to help her out. Overall good experience but help that girl out yall.

Before returning my car I decided to call because I had a question, the manager answered and said if I could hold, had me holding for 30 minutes without checking on me. I drive there still holding to find out he left and the attendant didn't know I was on hold. This felt terrible.

An absolute joke of a rental car location. 2.5 stars overall is honestly generous as most of the good reviews are probably fake. Not helpful at all, have a “not my problem” mentality, and the only reason they’re able to stay in business is probably because of insurance companies and 3rd party rental companies. Should have followed my intuition and stayed away. Rent somewhere else and save your sanity.

Had a reservation but no car available. Other cars were available but wouldn't provide complimentary upgrade. Wasted an hour and rep was not helpful. Do not recommend.

We called and they won’t allow us to make any changes to our rental. They now are making us get a refund which won’t be back on our card for 2-3 days. Now we are suppose to be leaving today and now can’t because they aren’t allowing us to Change the driver when my sister Inlaw is no longer able to go and they won’t let us change the driver.

Jordan Catillo was very helpful in getting our rental changed due to an issue with the original rental (from a different Hertz location). Very helpful, informative and customer focused! Definitely recommended

I wouldn’t rent here. I prepaid and called the day before to verify and they still did not have my vehicle. Did nothing to compensate me for inconvenience. I was left with no car and too late to do anything about it.
