As a matter of fact I have successfully owned a small business, including the real estate, for over 15 years. The attitude displayed in your response (below) shows why your place is always empty and will be leased to a new tenant within a year. It is reasonable to assume that a retail establishment would be open until 6 or 9PM on a busy Saturday when potential customers aren't working and out shopping.Response from the owner 2 hours agoThis is the most ludicrous, almost laughable, review I have ever received. Our business hours, despite others being open, are completely irrelevant to this post. I assume the reason you are upset is that you did not check the hours prior to arriving, arrived, and were upset someone was not around to cater to you. By this logic, you'd expect a business next to a 24 hour Walgreen's, to be open as well. More so, closing at 5pm does not indicate that "business must be good". If business was great, which would not even matter to you, we would stay open 24/7. Maybe one day you will own a business and someone will leave you an unfair review that is not representative or even have a point in having been said.

They have so many high quality items here! From dog food, leashes, toys, stimulation toys, to chews! I love love love shopping here for my pup, I know she’s getting the best with them!y most recent trip I got my pup a duck neck and duck hearts and she loooves them! Thanks guys!

I've used this place a few times, it is always been great I came in today for a self-serve dog wash, but didn't realize I needed to have an appointment. When I asked the lady if there's anyway we could get in she said very abrasively that they were booked and kept working on what she was doing. When I asked if there was a chance they would have an opening in the same tone she said no and continued what she was doing without much acknowledgment of me. When I agreed she said that we would have to come back tomorrow. The whole encounter was kind of unpleasant and I felt very disregarded by this staff member, I understand where she was coming from but the exchange was less than satisfactory

We love this store, we have been going there for the past 5 years . I will say that the prices are getting way too expensive and we keep having to change our dog food coz they have not been restocking usual products.

These guys are great; we always buy our Fromm brand food here for our fur baby. They are always friendly, and it's quick and easy to get in and out of this compared to the other Pet Stores. They have a great variety of high-quality foods for people who care about their pets, and it's nice to support a local business. I have yet to try the baths, but they are always busy and always look clean.

We took our golden retreat here to bathe him and it was a great experience! Booking online was easy, and having everything provided (bath, shampoo, towels, brush, blow dryer, dog perfume) was amazing. So great to leave the mess behind at the end. Great price. We'll be back!

Hannah was so incredibly helpful! She had quick recommendations and it was comforting to know she uses the products for her own pup. I got the Pumpkin Spice Latte digestive powder and a trial of CBD chews and so far 10/10. My pups have been having digestive issues the last few days and they really lapped up this PSL. So far both the CBD chews and the powder are working super well!! I really appreciate the help I received. The store was super clean and organized. I loved seeing the dog wash station and will 100% come back again! THANK YOU HANNAH!

Glad to have this place at the south end of the valley to have the brands we look for. They have dog bathing stations by appointment. We get the zignature dog food and our dog has never had an issue whatever flavor we give him. And he's a very sensitive fella. Parking is scarce and hours open later than some places for running errands.

Every time I go to Hound and Cat it is always a good time, they are so extremely helpful and positive. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to dog food and brands and what would best help you and your animal. Will keep coming back here for sure!

So clean and open. Nice big tub and great dryer, lots of shampoo options as well. My dogs loved their bath. Definitely recommend!!

Great experience!This was my first visit and the staff made me feel at home and provided the guidance needed.Excellent products, I cannot believe how white and soft my dog is.Towels were provided, grooming dryer, towels and brushes.My dog is a 20 pound dog.
