My car broke down on the interstate, and this was the closest tow. Even though they couldn't do anything for me onsite, the guys hurried out to help me, do a quick inspection free of charge, gave us some tips of where to go next, and even offered to let us sit inside while we figured everything out on the phone.

No issues with the staff they’re just doing their jobs. My 1 star rating is because of the prices jiffy lube wants to charge people is border line criminal in my opinion!
$75 for a oil change and that’s using basic conventional oil nothing fancy the cheapest oil filter & 15 minutes of work and all before taxes! I can do all of that for $25-$30 in my garage and still have higher quality oil n filters!
$55 for an emissions fee is also a joke when all over the valley it’s $25-$35
The level of greed and price gouging of customers by jiffy lube has only gotten worse & worse every year and you’re not even getting high quality materials used or any above and beyond service to justify it. This is why every mechanic tells their friends and family to avoid jiffy lube
