These guys are always super kind and fast and do a great job. I live about ten miles south and skip 4 other Jiffy Lubes that are closer to my place just to come to this location.

EVERY Jiffy lube location I’ve been to has always helped me free of charge whether it’s topping off my fluids or checking my tires. I always come here for my oil changes because of their great customer service. Jiffy Lubes’ paid services are worth it because of the value they add of their in-between free maintenance.Some locations and days are better than others and today, Drew at the Sandy location was exceptional! He’s just a cool guy who got me in right a way with a willingness to help attitude.

Jiffy Lube locations are very hit or miss and I was so happy that this location was a hit! The guys were so friendly and quick and helped me feel confident in the service I was receiving. I live closer to the other a Draper location but I'll be coming to this location from here on out!

GO HERE!! ? They were way better then the other jiffy lube in draper that made me wait almost 2 hours to tell me they can't replace a light bulb for a rav 4!!!! This jiffy lube did it in 15 min no problem! Thank you

Personally the location in Draper has terrible customer service. Mike Conrad was very rude for no reason at all. Not personable at all either. They did at least fix my tire...The one in Sandy is great they are all very nice, I've been going to them for a while and just needed a little more convince but I will for sure not be going to drapers location again.

$170 for an oil change?!My elderly father took my 2018 VW Tiguan into the Jiffy Lube on 1028 East Draper Parkway, Draper, UT on June 17, 2023 at my request while I was out of the country. They charged him $171 for this oil change. They took advantage of my father, who just trusted that they were honest individuals. They told him that this particular vehicle required special oil and it was going to be a premium charge. They put in Total Quartz 0W20 C5 Full Synthetic oil and upcharged him a whole lot for this. Unbeknown to my father, the vehicle does not require 0W20 C5 Full Synthtic oil, but rather the much less expensive, 0W20 Full Synthetic, per my owner's manual, which is considerably less expensive. I have never in all my years of changing my own oil or taking it to a shop been told such an obsurd lie for a shop to get collect a little more profit. And never would I ever pay $170 for an oil change, when I can do it for less than $50 on my own. I was just in a crunch and Jiffy Lube truly took full advantage of the situation. I live not too far from this shop, so it is unfortunate that I won't be going back to this location due to their dishonest business practices.Service: Oil change

This location truly sucks, rude, unwelcoming staff, they take too long, unnecessarily remove parts such as filters to show you that they need to be replaced although I told the guy not to do it, just an unpleasant place, I took my other cars to nearby Valvoline, much much better service there, I'm done with Jiffy LubeService: Oil change

Rude would give 0 stars if I could refused to flush my coolant cuz it had a Lil oil in it i called over to the sandy location told em that they had me in an out in 30 said that location is incredibly unprofessional an theybhear that all the time I'd heard it as well but didn't belive it till today will not be going back here

As soon as I arrived the staff came right over to see what they could do for me, and got me into the shop very quickly. They were extremely informative about the process, the options I had as well as what the total cost would be. The service was performed quickly and I was on my way.VERY impressed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Broken promises from store and also from the corporate office. Went in for a full services and asked that all of the levels- especially the transmission fluid be checked. After completion of service, I asked if all fluids were checked- including the transmission (the bill says "checked" and Okay) and the person taking my payment said 'yes' and I asked him if he was sure and he yelled into the pit to ask if the transmission fluid level was checked and the person in the pit said 'no' it was too hot. I live less than 4 min from the store and sat waiting for over 20 min with the truck off before the vehicle was pulled into the bay.How can I trust them when they say on the bill that "yes" everything was checked when that is not the case. It makes me doubt their service at all levels. I called the corporate office and they offered a $100 card for service as compensation but never delivered it.Not sure that I want to use them when I cannot trust that they will 1) do the job that was paid for, or2) even when they admit they were wrong, follow thru on their commitment to make it right.Did they really check the oil? Fill with Synthetic? check the other items on the bill? I will never confidently know what they do or don't do.Broken promises at both the store and the corporate level. It feels to me like this is a corporate culture issue. Their billing statement is blatantly deceptive when the work is not completed- even though they walk thru the statement and tell you that it was performed. To add insult to injury, the corporate office offered to make it better but they did not keep their commitment either.Services: Oil change
