After an oil change and a air
Filter change. The Jiffy lube care triggered an Air/Fuel mix alert which required a trip to the dealer. I would never uses jiffy lube again due
To the shear incompetence of both workers & manager.

Got in and out of there super fast. The guys were kind and courteous and informative. Made suggestions for filters etc but not pushy at all. I will definitely go here again.

When I got there the customer service person I spoke with was kind of making me feel like it was going to be a long wait and felt like I was getting pushed away. I’ve gone here a few times and haven’t ever felt this way so I’m hoping this was a one time event. The rest of the experience was pleasant.

Came here for new spark plugs. Left here with horribly misfiring car with half the power and an awful shake. I took it back and the guy had no idea what went wrong. So I just took my car to a dealership and had them fix it. Jiffy lube didn't pay for this. Beware guys, probably don't even do your emissions here. I got my emissions but when I needed a retest and a tune up, I thought it was just too tempting and convenient to get them both at the same place. That's how I got duped into having Jiffy Lube do a non-emmissions job on my car. Be careful. Sneaky things like that can happen. It cost me an extra 182 bucks. Best course of action, avoid Jiffy Lube completely. Even for emissions, because you might get tempted to let them do other things like I did and end up with a jacked up car.

Just pulled in with a tire pressure sensor light on. I asked if someone could test my tires to see which one was low. Owen was immediately annoyed by my arrival and told me that it would be an hour wait and that it was policy he couldn’t even touch my car until it was my turn. If you are having any sort of difficulties, avoid this location.

I swung in for emissions right at 8 when they weren't busy. I waited almost an hour while a few guys kicked my tires trying to upsell me. In the end they couldn't even be bothered to reinstall an air filter correctly

This location was amazing! All the staff was friendly and informed me of various issues with my car and things I can do to fix them, along with services they have to help me. I'm not the most mechanically sound person, amd they explained thing very plainly and were super nice. Will definitely be returning for future services.
