My husband and I had the absolute WORST experience at this branch. Micheal Knight & Ellie Marty should absolutely be ashamed for the way they treated me and my husband. We came in trying to cash a $250 check that was issued from an apartment complex we applied to a few months back and they sent us a refund in check form. The check was 3rd partied issued from key bank and so our first thought was let’s just go to key bank and cash it there! Ellie said “I’m sorry but this appears to be a fake check” we ended up coming inside because it was in fact NOT a fake check. They accused of us fraud. And at the end of this whole experience they cashed the check for us so it was INDEED not a fake check. I seriously am appalled by the experience we had and I will make sure if it’s the last thing I do to make sure Ellie And Micheal go through some type of coaching and training so they don’t treat anyone else like this. We’ve contacted cooperate already and will be in constant communication with them. They should be disgusted and ashamed with themselves, I mean no wonder this branch has horrible reviews.

Not only are they liars but they refused to give me any help. The whole reason I opened an account with Key Bank was to receive the extra $200 they refused to accept or account for my deposit that met requirements. I will be discontinuing service and reporting their bank to the BBB

This is by far the slowest of all Keybanks. Every time I've come here to cash a check I wait over 10 minutes and the employees are terribly unprofessional. Keep in mind no one was in line either?? Another reason I would not choose to open an account with this kind of customer service.

I went there to get money from the ATM, but it wasn't working. So, I went inside and spoke to Michelle. I swiped my card, put in the PIN, signed my name and walked out with cash. There were also hand sanitizers available, which was a nice touch.

Had a poor experience opening an HSA account, and was then charged (in my view) excessive fees to both set up the account and then to maintain it when I left my employer. It's the customer's job to understand the fees (which is why I didn't ask that they be reversed), but this experience will be my first and last as a customer of Key Bank. The staff was responsive when I closed my account, but never offered to reverse the charges (as has pretty much every other bank I've had).

I do a lot of real estate business and Sara Cichos and her team have taken care of me promptly , with courtesy and attention to detail. I use key over multiple other banks due to the ladies on 12300 South Draper Utah!

I ran into an unfortunate situtaion where my check was put on a 5 day hold due to the fact it was from a bank out of state . I needed the funds to put a deposit on a new house I was trying to rent and really didn't want the place to be taken before the funds were available. I called in and spoke to the branch manager Sara. She was very professional but wasn't sure if she would be able to help me out with the hold due to the mobile deposit. She went above and beyond to take all the necessary steps to get the check cleared and I was able to get the funds that next day. What an amazing professional staff with the customer service to back it! I really feel they cared about me and my situation. I will defiantly be banking here for a very long time(:

Go to Wells Fargo next door... When I set up my account here i asked for paperless statements. They have been charging me for statements every month yet I have not received any statements. I went in to have it corrected and the branch manager Sarah was rude and incompetent.

We have been put through the ringer with this bank. There is a banker there who has dodged our calls multiple times. So we called the main office THEN she actually picked up. She was continually Passing the buck, blaming other people and not taking responsibility for any of her own faults. She waited until the bank was about to close to tell us anything so nothing could be done that day (multiple days). The main problem is we have waited for a week for our car loan approval and other banks came back the same day. Just a horrible banker who needs to be retrained, in the very least, in customer service.

I have waited almost 2 months for a debit card and have been charged fees for cards that never came to my business account. I have lost business, not to mention countless time and energy due to how unprofessional they are. It has been almost 2 weeks since this was escalated to a supervisor who promised to have the cards overnight-ed to the branch and they would call me when they arrived. Leaving messages for them results in no return calls and no action or resolution to my problem. I NOW HATE KEY BANK BECAUSE OF THIS BRANCH.
