This place is always super crowded, so it's best to make an online appointment to save time. Walk-ins are allowed, but the wait can be very long. The staff are efficient. My appointment was at 11:30, and I was seen within 15 minutes.got the results with a day too.

I've been coming here for quarterly blood draws for a few years now. The staff is always pleasant, the waiting time is usually minimal, and they have always done excellent work on the blood draws.

Be prepared for frustration at the location. The phone message says it’s closed when it’s actually opened and the manager/supervisor is not at all interested in assisting people, even other staff members. She is rude with poor communication skills and severe lack of professionalism. Avoid this location if possible.
UPDATE: The lab tech gave me verbal instructions, nothing written, and turns out they were the wrong instructions. Their check-in automated system has never worked yet they insist you do it anyway. I have to manually enter my insurance at check in every time because they never verify it. I waited 25 min just to pick up a bag, and now waiting who knows how long for them to let me drop it off.

If you need a simple test done in less than 5 hours and your results in less than 2 weeks, don’t come here! the worst experience i had in my life!!!

I don’t even know what is the point of making an appointment if they would just make me wait 45 minutes anyways. Some walk-ins were even earlier than me. Everyone that works there were so unfriendly, like the literally can’t answer any of your questions without rolling their eyes or sighing audibly for the whole lobby to hear. They’d skip you if you are on the phone and can’t even wait 2 seconds for you to hang up before skipping you. Also, I have been there twice and both times they did not receive any of my doctor’s orders! Even I received my doctor’s orders on my email and their system can’t even get any of my orders? Overall, just bad experience here each time!

I had a good experience here! I had an appointment for 9:30am, got there at 9:00 and checked in. I was done before my original appointment time! Not bad at all. Receptionist was friendly and nice, and the employee drawing my blood was great too. I have no complaints!
I know this location has bad reviews, but I legit had no issues at all. I brought in the lab order just in case, but they already had it in the system too.
I have no qualms about coming here again :)

I literally was in this LabCorp for eight minutes, Michelle was very quick doing a blood draw exactly what I needed for my schedule

Apparently drug screens are only from 0800-1400, but the only place I’ve found that is on the door of this facility (not even on the locations webpage). What a waste of time driving all the way here.

It's hard to understand the low reviews because this place is awesome! It was easy to schedule my appointment ahead of time and the front desk was friendly and helpful. I was walked through the insurance and payment process, and she waited until I was ready for my second test. In addition, they have bilingual staff, Braden, for example, who's very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Labcorp!

Had a 7:30 appointment. Check-in on my phone. Got a text 5 min after appointment time. So I went in. Room was full. Went near check-in. Kiki, yelled and said I could go back and wait with every one else or leave. I got closer to clarify and tell her I just got a text and you would have thought I was storming a judges bench. I quickly went back, a few people said, yea, she's testy. In spite of the text, waited 45 min. I finally went back and she said she refuses to provide service, except with cash. Ironically, the next person was someone with a foreign passport for id. She said they could pay with cash and gave them a 75% discount. So I asked about the discount, again, we played the game where she was not really helping me and continued to help 7 more people. I asked how long and she said, might be 1 year. She said she does not process insurance and they do cash only. But American's must pay 100%, discounts only for foreigners. I recorded the entire 1 hour process, just to show what this lady is like, including the part where she put the cash in her own pocket. And when it was my turn, she used my full name and social security # in front of everyone.
Actual blood draw was fine. Quick, professional and hopefully correct.
I had lady stop me in the parking lot and apologize on her behalf.

ten minutes, in and out, everyone was extremely kind. i had just recently had an absolutely terrible experience at a different labcorp so it's also worth pointing out when a location does really well!
