I was a little nervous due to the bad reviews, but I honestly I had nothing but positive experiences here. I had to go for bloodwork a few times over the course of 3 months or so, and it was always a positive experience. There was once where I had to wait about 30 minutes due to how busy they were, but most of the time I was in and out in 10-15 minutes and got my results online within 2-3 days.It's definitely a very small waiting room for those busy times though, and it's entirely possible that I just got lucky every time I went. If you happened to go when they were slammed then I could see how it would be more frustrating.EDIT: I also forgot to mention that the employees were always very gracious and kind, and once it was actually my turn to get my blood drawn I was always out the door in less than 5 minutes

If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I would. Not only did they never return our calls after a week, but when I finally got through to a live person by choosing the option for doctors offices, I was disconnected when the woman claimed to be transferring me to a live representative.Faxed lab orders from our doctor were never responded to, and phone calls from our Dr. were never responded to.Save your time and energy and just go to a hospital where they have Lab services. LabCorp is the worst!

The clerk just sent people to check in, without responding a single question.Patients seating on the floor and/or standing because the six seats they have were already in use, please, take those plants out and bring more chairs or expedite the process, patients are priority.

This location is always busy, and they only have two employees, I would think that the managment would see the high volume of patients and help the staffing. Meaning help the staff you do have to help eliminate the wait and work overload that could be stressful and lead to agitated employees and patients. Hire another phlebotomist or front desk person??!

I was nervous because in the past they always have a hard time drawing blood. The phlebotomist I was given was Shayla and she amazing. Best experience I have had trying to get blood drawn.

My wife and I live right around the corner so you'd think it would make sense to get blood drawn here, right? Wrong. On MORE THAN ONE occasion, they've either LOST our bloodwork or sent the blood to a location that doesn't even do testing. Now that it has happened twice, we won't be using this location again.

This site is still open got my blood drawn this morning. Go in building 2 then up to the 2nd floor. Staff was good and when I was uncomfortable they adjusted things. Quick and efficient for a lab

100% recommend. I very rarely leave reviews, but this place doesn’t have the best reviews, and after my great experience I had to leave one. I bought my PRE-OP blood tests through RequestATest with them. It was available right after, but I went in the next week. I was a walk in. Got there at around 8:30AM on a Wednesday, easy check in and not even 5 minutes later I was already in a room getting my blood drawn. It was quick and painless. My results came back later that day. For any future blood tests I’ll be coming back here. Thank you guys!!

Don't go here unless you absolutely have to.First off, no medical facility should close as early as 3pm, unless they were to have weekend hours, which they don't. Those hours make it difficult to get off work to come in for an appointment.Secondly, I got my blood drawn twice, separate times. The important one of the two was the glucose test and the results came back as hemolytic, which means that my sample was damaged in some way. You're a lab that handles blood samples! YOUR medical staff needs to take handling peoples samples more seriously.Thirdly, getting a hold of this location is next to nearly impossible. Don't bother emailing them, calling them, or leaving any voicemails. They won't get back to you. And automated voice reply's can get straight to the dumpster. So annoying!I'll give it to the staff that they were accommodating and nice overall but after finding out that my samples were damaged, that's just very poor service, especially in the medical field.

Negative review because the google location pin is inaccurate and I wouldn't have found it without reading other reviews. The location points to a gated neighborhood community when it should point to the hospital, building 2.

Whoever said to go to entrance 2 and up to the second floor, thank you! With these instructions I easily found the place. I scheduled my appointment first thing in the morning, walked right in, and had a very pleasant blood drawing experience (as pleasant as those can be). In and out very quickly and painlessly.
