I had a tire mishap on the freeway and was SO grateful to realize there was a Les Schwab close by. I pulled up and someone came running out to my car, I showed him the problem and he assured that they could help me, even enough they had less than an hour until they closed. The BEST service and I have always felt like I get super competitive prices with Les Schwab! Thank you!!

AMAZING SERVICE! Thank you to CAMERON for helping us out so quickly and saving our butts. We got a flat tire on the way to our anniversary dinner and drove there with our spare on. He got the original tire patched and back on in record time! We will always be loyal customers.

Les Schwab save my work trip! I was headed to a meeting when my tire pressure light came on. I stopped and checked my tires and one had low pressure so I headed to Les Schwab and they got me in and out in less then an hour. They removed the nail and fixed ny tire. Knowing I was in a hurry the young man who worked on my car pulled my car up to the door and literally ran my keys to me. They provided fantastic service and kept me on time!

This is my fifth visit with this particular Les Schwab location since moving here to Draper. And each time they’ve given me nothing but excellent service and great customer care. The staff are always very willing to help, very friendly, professional, and they care about what they do, even if it’s just tires. Thank you, Les Schwab in Draper.

If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I had an outstanding experience at Les Schwab in Draper, UT, thanks to Kyle. He went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle needs with the kind of customer service you hope for but rarely find these days. Kyle was incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole process seamless—from diagnosing the issue to helping me use my maintenance warranty to cover part of the cost for a replacement battery.
He turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy, positive one. Huge thank you to Kyle and the team for making my day a little better. I’ll definitely be back and recommending this location to friends and family.

My dad purchased 2 sets of matching ATV tires for 2 machines admittedly at least a couple years ago and did not realize that Les Schwab Draper made an error. They put a rear tire on the front rim of one of the machines meaning they sent him on his way with 3 rear tires and 1 front tire mounted on the same machine. The tires on the second machine are correct.
I recently purchased that machine from him and we immediately noticed the issue. The tires are still essentially new from a tread wear standpoint, and I was fortunate enough to find a matching tire on Amazon so I purchased it.
My dad and I both requested Les Schwab Draper to compensate the replacement cost of that tire because it was very obviously a mistake made by the tire shop. They did offer to mount the new tire for free, but did nothing about the cost of the tire I should not have had to buy. I must say that good customer service would have been represented by at least meeting me half way on the cost of the tire.
