The process of refinancing my home was made so simple and easy. It was done in about two weeks (start to signing) I even took some money out for home repairs and had it in my account within a couple days of signing. I would use them again.

Responded to rate reduction mailer and was told over and over for 4 days that I qualified for the refinance on my home that I have had for over 25 years when all of a sudden I was told I did not qualify. Be aware that the lender is a wholesale mortgage company in Michigan that appears to have difficulty in paying the escrow on the property per its reviews and will sell your loan to another wholesale mortgage lender overtime.

Refinancing our home was so simple. I simply called the number and the ball was rolling immediately. The process took very little time, and they helped us get a cash payout as well, which helped pay our vehicle off and was sent to us within days. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and took care of everything.

I had a great experience with low rate mortgage. After reading the reviews, I requested to speak with Andrew. And I'm glad I did! He gave me great options, without ever feeling pushy. I felt options were fair, and better than others I'd spoken with prior to. I got a lower rate and lower payment, and he let me know they also price match! I also had a great experience with all of the staff, particularly Janson and Steve. I felt that I was always treated kindly, and everyone was patient with all of my questions. Things went quickly and we were able to have things signed in my home, which was very convenient. I'll definitely be using them on the future..Thank you low rate mortgage!

Sarah and Jamie handled everything and kept me informed of any needs or snags that were hit along the way. Refinancing our home was so simple and handled so well that we decided to have them also do an investment property we held. Since they had our financial information that was handled in no time. Appraisal was emailed in and we were able to beat the time estimate by a substantial amount. I highly recommend their firm as our experience was extremely positive. That from someone that rates mortgages with root canals in term of enjoyment.

I decided to refinance my home with all the lower rates going on. I had 3 different quotes including low rate. I found that low rate was almost the same cost as my bank so I had them compete and they were able to get my closing costs cheaper making them the better loan. I talked with Andrew and he gave me information about refinancing that helped me choose the best loan for my situation. He also suggested that I don't buy down my loan because it would make my closing cost higher. Other companies don't go in to that much depth and were not as helpful. I would recommend low rate in draper and talk to Andrew.
