What a beautiful grocery store. Friendly staff and the line for their ice cream was ridiculous which told me their ice cream must be ridiculously delicious! Great prepared food selection and fair prices to boot!

As soon as I walked in to the maceys in Draper, I immediately thought of zootopia and the sloths.? We went to the deli area to get ice cream and it was like time moved very slowly. The girl at the register seemed very depressed and didn't want to be there and the other coworker was doing all the work. If I were the manager, I would speak to them and remind them of the importance of customer service and a smile and how far a smile can go. Great place

This store is terrible about having a checkout manned. Almost every time I have gone in, there is nothing open but "self checkout". Clear that the store does not think very much of their customers! All we keep hearing is that payroll to man a business is such a great part of running the business expense. If that is the case, and they want their customers to do the work they should be doing, why don't they give a 20% discount to those who want to check themselves out. That is less than what they claim they pay in payroll to run the business, and we are doing the work they should be doing. I don't work for Macey's, why should I do their work for them?

I like the store and the staff is friendly. My only issue is that they close an hour earlier than every other Maceys store in the valley. Somehow I always try to go there at 10:10 before I realize they close so early.

This Maceys is the BEST! They donated 120 sugar cookies for an even for foster teens. I volunteer with Common Thread, we’re a local nonprofit that helps teens 12-20 transition from the system to adulthood. We host 2-3 community building events a month and couldn’t do it without the generosity of businesses in our communities. Thank you again Frank, the teens had so much fun!

The guy working the deli/ice cream counter was soooo friendly and helpful. I wish the macey's by me hadn't closed but it was such a great experience it's worth the drive to come out here!

I absolutely love the Kong Cones, as they are delicious, huge, and cheap. Recently though, they have just been randomly closing it. The Ice cream machine is working fine, and there is perfectly capable workers right next to it. I think they are just lazy. This is really only this location that does that. However all locations are overpriced. I really only go here for the Kong Cones. Slightly messy inside.
