I had a 60 minute massage done by Caden and stretch session with Rick, both were very professional and kind. I had never done a stretch session before and this was amazing. Rick was very knowledgeable about what muscles we needed to work on. I feel like a million bucks, I didn't realize how much this would help me. Highly recommend.

Impossible to schedule with, and when I finally got an appt, they canceled it via text with only 9 minutes notice!! I had completely rearranged my evening and harassed family members to find a babysitter. UGH! How can they run a business like this!

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful - therapists are great - issues with scheduling (due to therapist shortage) have gotten way better.

Went in for a facial with Natalie, who is amazing! Made sure I was comfortable, very knowledgeable, and made sure I had a superb first time experience for a facial. Friendly staff, clean and relaxing environment; overall wonderful experience!

Steven is the best massage therapist, he always asks me what ares I want worked on and he gives really relaxing massages with the right amount of pressure. You can't go wrong with a massage from Steven!

SCAM!They don’t let you book more than 3 months out… problem is they are booked for 3 months. This is not unique to this location, this is just the location that I started my membership. I kept trying to get scheduled, but just slowly kept accruing more and more massages. To the point I had over 20 massages before I finally just ate the astronomical cost of them effectively robbing me.

This location is possibly the worst run business I have ever encountered. Management is so poor that they can’t keep any employees. So they NEVER have any availability for a massage. I have prepaids that need to be used, so I booked a facial. On the day of, they called to cancel the appt saying no one was available to do it. Booked for 2 days later, got another call the day of saying the exact same thing! To top it off, I checked online at work a few days later and saw they had an availability for facial in one hour, so I booked it. Got an email confirmation of appt. Left work, drove there, and as I was parking, I got an email saying the appt had been canceled. Walked in to see what the deal was, apparently no one available to do it at that time either. Spoke to management, total waste of time, no help at all and basically no apology offered either. I would recommend avoiding ME in general, but ESPECIALLY avoid this location. ZERO stars.

Massages are fine, but the customer service has been so absolutely horrible the past year. Sounds like they have new people in to try and fix it, but my frustration has grown to a point of no return lol. They never have times available for members, no one ever knows whats going on when you call and ask questions-- or you are asked to call back, OR you are on hold for forever. Its depleting and I can't wait until my subscription is canceled. Sounds like they need help with training employees at the front desk.

It would take a lifetime of massages to get rid of the stress from dealing with this location. We froze our membership because we could NEVER schedule massage appointments, but they charged us anyway. I tried to take advantage of their other services to use up the “points” I had accumulated trying to get a massage. Every time I arrived for an appointment, there was confusion because I had two accounts with my phone number. EVERY time they said they would fix it and never did. I always had to wait for them to find my account with associated with appointment. A few weeks ago, I went for a facial and they weren’t sure what facial I booked so that had to be straightened out before we could get started. With the facial, I bought an extra service which the esthetician would have forgotten had I not asked about it. Twice I have booked appointments online and it wasn’t in their system. The first time I showed up for the appointment and I was told not to book online. So, the next time I was there, I tried to book in person before I left my appointment. That time there wasn’t a massage appointment available for months and was told to search for appointments and book online! Since then, I have booked stretch and facial appointments online and haven’t had a problem. However, recently I booked a facial and stretch appointment online and when I called to cancel the stretch appointment, they said I didn’t have anything scheduled! While on the phone with them, I was looking at the my “upcoming appointments” on my account on the Massage Envy website that confirmed both appointments! I said it was a good thing I didn’t show up for the appointments that had been confirmed. The lady on the phone said “there must be some lag time between the time I made the appointment and when it would be in their system.” I had been at least 24 hours since I made the appointment. She told me I shouldn’t book online. Finally, after hassle after hassle, we canceled our membership. Sorry this review is so long, but I hope I can spare someone else the nightmare we’ve experienced at the Draper location.

I was going here for a little over a year, I had a membership and it was pretty good. It was really hit or miss on the person you got, some did super good and some were not very good. I thought it was worth it since I was pregnant and then being postpartum it was always nice to get out of the house and get a massage. Well a couple months ago, I tried to go on the app to make an appointment and they had cancelled my account. They never informed me they were doing this. My account was just...cancelled one day for no reason?? I work customer service and manage accounts and we do not cancel customers account WITHOUT INFORMING THEM at least! I'm pretty upset about it since now I have to find a new massage place, but they've lost a loyal customer.Update: the owner reached out to me about this review. He says my account was not cancelled but payments haven’t been going through. I had the same card number and it has been 4 months since my last charge. So for 3 months they didn’t try to contact me to update my card? Then they said in order to continue my services, I would need to pay the full 3 months before I could start again all up front. Like yeah, no. Never coming here again.

Please believe the recent, poor reviews left by other customers because they’re spot on. I’ve been a member for 8 years and ME has become a nightmare. I’m at the point I’m booking facials I don’t really want, just to use credits before I cancel, because booking an actual massage is impossible. That being said, I recently scheduled a 60 minute facial and the esthetician only spent 20 mins on the service. I’m not exaggerating. I was still charged two credits ($140 value). $140 for 20 mins. Wild to me that a business is allowed to operate how ME has this last year. Waiting for a call from management whom I’m told can discuss the issue with me, but I’m not holding my breath.

In the last year, there has been a mass exodus of therapists and employees. I can no longer get a massage. They say they are booked out 4 months. I can't get massages, yet they still charge me. This is not okay.They won't offer refunds either. They take your money. Say that they can't give you what you've paid for. Then refuse to give you a refund. It is like being held hostage. I have 6.5 credits that I cannot use.Also, no one seems to answer the phone either.It used to be a 5 star rating from me.I don't know what happened to make this amazing location so bad. It really is like night and day.
