We had the most wonderful experience with MJ. We had already decided on a mattress from a different store, but found that their price on the adjustable frame was way too expensive. So we sought out a mattress store to find a more affordable frame for our bed and after being somewhat shoot out of the first mattress store, as they said, they don’t sell to bed frames, we were lucky enough to walk in to the mattress firm and meet MJ. She was full of information, treated us like any other customer, even though we were only looking for the frame, but also did some good selling pictures on her mattresses while we were there. My husband had already decided on the one he wanted had another store so that wasn’t gonna be an option but throughout the whole process of day was just a delight. I know if we ever need another mattress or if for some reason we end up not liking the one we bought we will hurry right back to MJ and get our mattress from her. She is delightful, informative, and just treated us as though we were special the whole time. My background is director of sales of marketing for a resort hotel in the Napa Valley so I’m not easy to please and I was absolutely more than impressed with MJ. If You want to be treated like you’re special Go see MJ!

I was ready to purchase a metal platform bed frame, until I was told there was a no return policy. I needed to know that it would fit in my bed frame dimensions, so no return meant if it didn't fit I was stuck. That was a deal breaker combined with the salesperson not giving me correct hight dimensions I left without a purchase.

The staff helped me find exactly what I needed. Even though I wasn't looking for a bed to sleep on but to do flips and stunts onto. They found one perfect for that type of thing. Chill environment.

I'm so glad my husband and I decided to go to Mattress Firm. We knew we wanted a new bed, and originally went to RC Willey first, but we felt very pressured while we were there to make a major decision very quickly. As soon as we got to Mattress Firm, the vibe was completely different. I felt like more than anything, the salespeople just wanted to educate us. I didn't feel that same level of pressure to purchase, and it was honestly so refreshing. Zero regrets!

Wonderful store! Me and my boyfriend went in a few weeks ago and Cari-Ann sold us a mattress. There was no pressure and didn’t waste our time. She got the most banger of a deal for us. Nothing to worry about financially when it comes to our mattress now!! And ever since we’ve slept so great

Dean is awesome! He took us right back to the 72 hour deal they had. I was very skeptical and honestly thought it would be the cheapest mattress. My daughter tried it out and I could tell she loved it just by the look on her face. We had just come from a competitor’s store from across the street, so she already tried out about 25 mattresses. The sale price was 1/3 the actual cost! We were looking for a full size mattress, but decided to buy the Queen since it was only $30 more. We picked it up that afternoon from the warehouse. Thank you, Dean!! 🥳

We went to RcWilly first then ended up at mattress firm because the mattress we were looking at was a little cheaper at mattress firm. Dean was great. After trying several mattresses, I wasn't even considering the mattress I went there to get. It didn't feel comfortable after trying the ones he suggested. I would've bought a mattress i didn't like if not for him. Their selection was far greater and prices were better.
