We had a great experience at Mattress Firm! They had a wide selection and price range. We bought a type of purple mattress that was exclusively made for mattress firm. Rory was awesome, so helpful and kind. Not pushy at all. We were there late on a Friday night, and he was very attentive. We felt very comfortable, we asked lots of questions, and he helped us find a bed that worked for our needs. I would recommend this location (Draper location near IKEA) to anyone and would definitely shop here again in the future! This location was also the only one open after 8:00 PM. Rory works at both the Draper and Saratoga Springs location, if you want his excellent service skills.

Roy or rory the manager at this location was super helpful and kind! He helped me load my mattress into my trailer and I was able to visit with him and he was great to talk too. I really appreciate working with people like him and look forward to doing more business at this location. Jake was very helpful as well, he was at the Saratoga Springs location and helped me find this mattress at this location. Great team work!
