“We had checked out another medical supply store and were really put off about their customer service. We would highly recommend Dave and Abby Home medical for your medical supply needs. We had great customer service from Dave and his team. We had a pretty good experience over all. My mom rented an electric scooter for a recent trip. While we did have some issues with the scooter its self ( not anyone's fault) Dave and staff were so kind and responsive and really tried to help us troubleshoot the issues. We will bring our business here for future needs.”
“Hi I am 78 years old a couple months ago I was experiencing pain in my wrist and right arm. I been very active my whole life in the construction trades and sports. Age was catching up the Doctor said it was carpal tunnel and I needed a series of tests that were ordered but would have to wait six weeks to get in for the first test. “Jared is doing such a great job with these two beautiful smart girls! They open and close the phone calls so well each and every time I come to get a prescription. They always use clean language, they sanitize the pharmacy and have very clean hands. I’m going through a lot being on house arrest and it’s really important to take my medication and have a clean record. I come into grab my medicine and they don’t judge me badly or be mean to me with an ankle monitor. They are very loving and respectful to my mom who’s a registered nurse and my disabled dad.Thanks to judge James Brady for letting me be on the outside fighting to keep a clean record and be a productive member of society. My family doctor at premier family medical loves this place as well and they are so quick to get stuff done and communicate very well and professional. “I was very pleased with the treatment I received from the time I walked in the door to the time the doctor took to answer all my questions. I asked these questions last year but at a different facility and felt like the answers were evasive and I felt rushed...not this time at this facility in Murray.
