Even though you have to wait a little while to get your markers, it has the best selection in the area and I come here so often. They have professional grade paints, which I really appreciate.

What an awful experience! There are not enough employees to help with ANYTHING and the employees they do have don’t know what they are talking about. I asked an employee to help me and to check a sale item and he was mad at me and talked to me so condescendingly. I will not be going back to this location. Come on Michaels… do better!!!

Well stocked and efficiently organized. Helpful staff. If it's crafting oriented they have it (or can get it). Recommend over similar big box craft stores.

I was trying to find 4 of the same type of item and only finding 3, so I asked a young woman with dark hair to help me find any extras from storage. She told me if it wasn’t on the shelf, they didn’t have it, and walked away before I had even finished talking. I eventually found another kind employee who found extras of exactly what I needed in a matter of minutes.
Later on, the same young woman directed me to a self check-out, despite me having an entire cart full of supplies and a fussy toddler. I asked if self check-out was the only option and she told me the store wants us to use them because they are new. While I was struggling, a man with 2 small items came to the register and she promptly checked him out without saying a word.
To the kind employee who helped me find my items, thank you! I wish I had caught your name so I could give you a shout out for great service.

Clean and well organized, this store seemed remarkably well-staffed for the after hours. I expected to see one or two employees but encountered four. Each was very cheerful and smiling and helpful in finding what I needed. It seemed there was quite a bit of setting up aisles. Several worked on a project sorting an area for sales and were working well together and enjoying their work. They did stop to answer my questions when I approached them but quickly went back to what they were doing.I found most of what I sought, but found on arriving at the circumstances that some of the products were damaged. My options were to pay full price or not but it at all and I chose the latter.It was a purposeful shopping trip for a specific project for Valentine's Day and was as quick as intended thanks to staff and a good store layout.PLUS!! The sales! ? They never disappoint. As Michael's go, this store is one of their smaller, more limited on product options. The was still a lot to choose from!

I was looking for a calligraphy pen. It was there on the aisle, but so high up, I couldn't tell what it was. I used my app to locate it. There were employees blocking the middle aisle, and others just standing around talking. One guy as cashier.
