FOR THREE YEARS This company has been charging me through the clover app for a service I do not have a subscription for. I spoke with an agent last week and he said he can only give me a refund for one month THEN CHARGED ME AGAIN THIS WEEK???? Not to mention they kee you in perpetualHold then hang up on you. OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Can you imagine using them for financing? Yikes!This company has engaged in fraud and refuses to refund me. How many others have been charged these erroneous fees??? Hmmmm?

I’ve been wanting to cancel my subscription with you for quite sometime now. However, each attempt has led me nowhere other than to “update” my membership. Which really meaning “upgrade” such membership and spend more money on a service I no longer wish to have nor have any use for.You’ve sent me emailing repeatedly mentioning verbatim to cancel such membership if payment method continues to not go thru. Which I am COMPLETELY fine with. However you seemed to have charged my card “randomly”/“systematically” when ever you please with out my authorization.Very unprofessional and distrusting company. You make doing business so much harder for the consumer. And lead the consumer with false information.I simply wish to have my subscription canceled.

Bad business practices. Canceled with them, and they auto upgraded and billed me the next month. Refused a refund. Look them up in BBB, several similar complaints.

This Company NAV does not have real Data from The Business Credit Bureaus. It is Fake. They have been called out numerous times and they are a Scam.

This has to be the worst company to have as a net 30 account I had the service for 7 months and it’s not showing one time of it been reported . I call in and they say they can’t do nothing about it .
