“Update: After I was able to contact the florist and explained what happened they sent a Stunning arrangement, twice as large. I received it exactly a week later and it is still alive! The customer service was great. They may have not done a great job on try 1 but they were willing to make up for it.
I received a gorgeous gift on Thursday and by Sunday they were dead. They didn’t even drink 1.5” of water total. I’m so sad because they were so beautiful for the first 48hrs. We buy flowers every few weeks from different vendors and have never had any die that fast.”

Reasonably priced pumpkins with the price at the bottom of them. They have dogs that are so friendly. While the place is small it makes up for it with their welcoming atmosphere and friendly owners!”
“Went to get chicken feed. I usually only go and get what I need. But this time, since I had the time, I shopped around. I was amazed at the large variety of items for sale. Not all just farm stuff. Finally got to why I was there. Got the feed and went to pay. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. From my greeting at the door, the smile of the cashier. And the young man helping me load my car. I would recommend people to shop here.”

Expected that it would be more costly for the convenience to get several small bunches of flowers right at the cemetery, but bought them anyway. Turns out the price was quite reasonable, the wait for them to prepare was brief, and the arraignments were nicer than we imagined.”

“I have been going to Okubos for over 30 years and took my little kids with me. Some say it was always fun. One of my daughters goes there also. My sister does. Their prices are exceptional. I love that they grow all their own plants. I buy starts of vegetables, fruits and flowers every year. Their broccoli starts that are established in my garden stay alive during the summer, even though some bolt. They also produce side shoots. Some have even wintered over and have grown again. I buy their ready made flower baskets some years and other years I make my own with flowers I buy from them. My strawberries (everbearing) are still going strong after 10 years. I love how helpful everyone is.”

“These guys always go above and beyond. When you own a lawn mowing business, you need equipment that you can rely on. Sterling and his team not only have the best brands on the market, If you're shopping for new machines, they also have the best mechanics to fix or maintain lawn mowers or any power equipment issues.These guys are also very honest. You can't put a price on having someone you trust working on your equipment. Other shops have long waiting lines to get to your repairs and I've found that they over charge you for parts and labor. I've never felt like Sterling has tried to gouge me on prices. He's upfront and responsive. I highly recommend Al's The Chain Saw King for all things related to outdoor power equipment!”

“We came here very often and bought most of our trees here (fruits, Japanese maple, juniper). Their staff has been friendly and helpful.
This spring has been a devastating season for me since earwigs destroyed all our vegetables. I started lots of them in March (they also ate all the ones we bought.) I stopped by West Side today and see how much their vegetable starts are. The woman generously offered them for free. It’s such a heart warming signal and allows me to have energy to start the garden again.”
“If you are looking for one shrub/tree or hundreds, ensure this is a place you shop. A huge selection that moves quickly, meaning the products are in better shape than most of the nursery’s in the valley. Selections include larger trees and shrubs than anywhere else except maybe Glover’s. Combine this with brilliant customer service and you’d be making a mistake buying elsewhere without considering Twin Pines.”
“The owners of this nursery are beyond knowledgeable and helpful! I wanted a vine that could grow well on our shady north side of the house (ivy?) No, they said that may not thrive but had a male and female kiwi variety (Arctic Beauty) that they said will do great! It is doing awesome so far! Also they sold us years back a beautiful Brandon Elm that is absolutely thriving. Then we wanted a ground cover for under our pines (Irish moss doing great everywhere else except under the pines) and they recommended some Sweet Woodruff. They special ordered it for us then held it for over a week while we were away on vacation. Prices can't be beat and quality and customer service can't be matched in my opinion. Love Noles Nursery so much, thank you!!”
“We just needed a cubic yard of rocks for putting around the planter beds in our garden. The site was easy to navigate and when I called the offices to inquire about delivery, costs, and dates it was easy to get a hold of someone and organize everything.
Delivery was done 2 days later and the guy that delivered it was able to navigate a low hanging tree and get it placed perfectly on the side of our driveway.
Everything was easy and quick from browsing the website to the final delivery and the rocks look great.”

“I know very little about sprinklers and the folks at the desk have been very helpful in selling me only what I need, even when they could sell me more. For instance, when I came in to replace a head they directed me to fixing the nozzle and sold me only the neccessary parts. They were also very helpful in providing parts and assistance to my stepdad and myself in replacing a stop and waste. They provide service that is rare to find.”
“I recently visited Home Depot to pick up a replacement set of mirror closet doors after unfortunately breaking one from my first delivery. I have to give a huge shoutout to Jack, an outstanding employee who went above and beyond to help me.
From the moment I arrived, Jack was incredibly helpful and made sure I didn't feel like a burden. He assisted me in getting the new set of closet doors into my car, which was no easy task given their size. When we realized it was a tight fit, Jack came up with the brilliant idea to open the packaging and remove some packing material. This creative solution allowed the doors to fit perfectly in my car.
I had never shopped at this Home Depot location before, but thanks to Jack and his exceptional customer service, I can confidently say they truly care about their customers. Jack's support and dedication made a potentially stressful situation so much easier for me. Thank you, Jack, for your outstanding help and for making my shopping experience such a positive one!”

“I love going to Home Depot because they have enough people there to help you with whatever you need help with. And the people they have there are knowledgeable and eager to help you through to the time that you have gotten all your questions answered, and all the instruction satisfied. The one thing I wish they had (which maybe they do and I just don’t know it) is someone you could pay to come to your house and do the repairs or improvements that you’re shopping for. That’s what I’m always lacking, because I’m an old lady widow.”
“Best Home Depot I’ve been to. Employees asked to help. It was clean and organized. They loaded my items in my truck without asking 5 times like AF. The employees were so helpful and friendly. Those things just don’t happen. It’s definitely a reflection of the management of this store.
