Office Depot South Draper (Store #2645)
This location is a complete disaster when it comes to customer service and accountability. I placed a custom print order early in the morning, received a confirmation with a same-day pickup promise, and heard nothing all day—no warning, no update, no professionalism. When I finally called myself, I was told the print shop was “down” and there was no staff to complete the job. If you know you’re incapable of fulfilling paid orders, the very least you should do is contact the customers affected.
What made it worse was the store manager, Ruth, who couldn’t be bothered to offer any solution. I asked if she could call another store with a working printer so I could pick it up there—something any decent manager would try. She didn’t even attempt. No ownership, no creativity, no urgency. Just a shrug and a phone pass-off to a clerk who, frankly, showed more professionalism than the manager herself.
Because of this store’s laziness and refusal to communicate, a teacher won’t have her appreciation poster tomorrow. That’s not just a service failure—that’s a complete disregard for people’s time, effort, and purpose.
Ruth, if you’re not going to do the job, step aside for someone who will. Office Depot corporate—do better. You just lost a customer

Long time customer for all of my office supplies . Not anymore. We ordered a large number of prints, when they were delivered they were crooked on the page. Today I was returning a box of defective envelopes and they wouldn’t return it because it was over 90 days. Guess I will be moving all my orders online since their in store customer service isn’t much service.

Definitely recommend their poster prints mounted on the foamboard! The Print services team at the Draper, UT location were extremely accommodating and helpful with 5 large posters ordered around noon that I needed same day. I had prepared an order and expected that if I submitted the order before 2:00 (since it says that online) that it would be ready same day, but I didn't realize it was not a guarantee. When I finalized the order it said it wouldn't be ready until the next day at 5! (Which was too late for our Expo show). I quickly called them and they looked through their current order list and assured me they would make sure it got completed the same day so I could pick it up in time for our Expo! Thank you for the extra effort!

Unfortunately really bad service in the copy department. I had a few pages that need to be laminated and asked if they could be ready the next day by 2pm. They wouldn’t provide any guarantee of when they’d be done and no alternatives. It was four pages. Probably better to try somewhere else.

I received terrible service from an Asian worker on the evening shift just 15 minutes ago. I asked him politely to help me print a document, and he pointed out the printing machines. When I asked for assistance because I wasn't familiar with the process, he told me to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS... These kinds of workers really tarnish the reputation of such a prestigious company

I entered the location in Draper today not sure If Office Depot would be able to help me or not with the task at hand. I was blown away by the Exceptional service I received by Kenna Pickens as she was extremely knowledgeable on my editing and printing needs. She was like wizard on the keyboard helping me quickly edit my PDF I brought in and help me quickly print my copies.

Honestly, I was shocked at the price difference from your website to in the stores! One example is the folder dividers I purchased online for pickup was around $21 and the price in two of your stores was $36 & $40 — I am shocked at this business practice! And it's pretty much with all of your products. I explained this to the sales person but he was very indifferent to the matter. I certainly will never shop in the stores again and will only do online pickup.
