“Great store here, I was treated right and they’ve earned a customer. Quality paint that you don’t have a pay an arm and a leg for unlike many other options out in the market SW, BM.. I like the Rhodda line of paints that they carry - master painter and wall pro. Just be aware that the sheen system is different for Rhodda - the Satin is closer to flat than Eggshell.”

“A couple of weeks ago, I had a weird interaction with one of the employees there. I had a customer call in for paint that she wanted. When I got there. The guy told me the price was $1200 for 15 gallons of super paint. I almost passed out. So I asked if I could run it through another one of my customers' accounts that could get a discount, and she could pay that cash. So I told him what account. It saves her like $400. Then, when he was on the phone with her to process the payment, he told her that he had saved all this money for her. Which is fine. I didn't tell the customer. Then after he hung up. He was bragging to me about how he saved her all this money. I was thinking you did nothing that I didn't tell you to do, and he was the one who uncharged her in the beginning when he took her order. I just thought it was weird. Like he must have really needed that boost or something. Nothing against Sherwin-Williams they're a good company. I just thought it was weird.”

“I have purchased paint from these guys a couple times and they are absolutely top notch! Great to work with, very helpful, and definitely know what they’re doing. Good prices on industrial paint too. I messed around trying to get a paint match at sherwin williams that took 3x the time and didn’t match up very well at all. I wish I would’ve saved the time and money and came here first.”
“We will not buy paint anywhere but here! Not only do we absolutely love José and the rest of the helpful employees, you will not find a better paint anywhere. It rolls on smooth, has amazing coverage, and will not scratch. We lost grip of a t.v mount that slid down the wall and it left no marks. Also, the last time we painted our room we bought 2 gallons of one coat paint at home depot. After the second coat, because it didn't cover in one coat, we barely had enough to finish our room. With Benjamin Moore paint we were able to paint two coats and we still have 1/4 of a gallon left. So it was much cheaper than Bear and we purchased their best paint”

This morning, an older/more mature-looking staff member showed visible irritation while I was briefly speaking on the phone in my native language (Spanish) before interacting with her. During that moment, she made noticeable gestures such as frowning and eye-rolling.
When I spoke to her directly in English and explained what I needed, she behaved professionally. However, I did not feel comfortable with the gestures she made while I was speaking Spanish for a few moments.
