“I cannot tell you the relief in FINALLY finding a great pharmacy!!

You wouldn’t think it was that hard to be an awesome pharmacy but I have consistently had bad experiences in multiple places, multiple pharmacies and for years. Rough time with hours, accessing services, communications, having meds in stock, wait times to fill a prescription that they say is ready…..

This pharmacy was the opposite to all the bad experiences. I asked my dr to switch pharmacy bc the CVS was out of my medications again and the withdrawals are terrible. The same day I called the actually functional automated menu at this Walmart to see if the prescription had been received and it told me that it was ready. I went through the drive thru (which is never actually open at cvs and really really helpful for me) and I was 3rd in line. I got to the window within a minute, they pulled up my order, had my insurance already on file (not sure how but it was gloriously efficient) I passed them my card and ID and had them back with my meds within a minute. Quicker and easier than a Starbucks run.

I know this all sounds trivial but for someone like me who is reliant on medications, has a special needs child, and a full time job, the stress of trying to get my medications from other pharmacies has really made life extra challenging.

Thank you Walmart! I still cannot believe how great an experience this was and I’ll never switch away now I found somewhere that works!”

“Harmony’s Pharmacy at Bangerter is far and above better than our previous pharmacy we have used for years. We only used a national brand pharmacy because that’s all we knew. After many months of frustrating experience my wife called Harmons pharmacy who went out of their way to help. We have never experienced such customer from Walgreens in Draper. If we only would have known that local pharmacies such as Harmons cared about our needs we would have switched years ago. I highly recommend Harmons pharmacy in Draper Bangerter crossing for their attention to detail, customer service and delivery of great care to their customers.”

“Draper location; Aaron the manager is fantastic. Brian has been around for years and is wonderful. They seem to have a lot of new people and turn over, which seems to be the norm for a lot of businesses these days. As with new people, some know more than others and some may be more willing to help. I’m patient with them and know they’re doing their best. They call my doctor to renew prescriptions when needed. Some staff are more personable than others which is normal in my book. Overall, never had an issue and they’re pretty great. They are a lot better than Smith’s and CVS in our area by far.”

“Their pharmacist Aaron went above and beyond to help me get my medication refilled. My doctor mistakenly sent the medication to another competitor pharmacy where I used to live, and that pharmacy had already billed my insurance. However, Aaron quickly got the issued resolved so I could get my medication in a timely manner. I 10/10 recommend. They were also super respectful and polite. It much better experienced than what I am used to experiencing at other pharmacies.”
