Parking wasn't great. There was a big sign on their door stating no bathrooms with multiple exclamation points. Kind of a turn off. They don't have a lot to see in the store. The stuff they do have you can find at any other boutique, but for waaaaaaay less. Example, wanted to get some shorts there but double checked them online. The shorts at P&S were a minimum of $20 more and max of 30 more than anywhere else. Combine that with sub par customer service, obnoxious unwelcoming sign on the door, terrible return policy and way over priced? No thanks, we won't be back, nor will we recommend them to friends.

Return policy was not listed on several instagram ads that led me to their page. Despite this, the customer service was very unhelpful. I did later see they tried to make their restrictive policy visible in many places. That said, it wasn't on the one that mattered to me -- the one that led me to make a purchase.

Terrible return policy for online orders. Only do in-store credit. Which isn’t helpful when the dress I bought is the largest size they offer. Why would I want in-store credit for a store I clearly can’t buy anything at? Even tried to call their customer service number and it goes straight to voicemail. Will not be shopping there again.

I usually love going here and thought since they have a little play kitchen that they are kid friendly. My toddler is in the process of potty training, I asked the sales rep if they have a rest room and she said no public restroom so my toddler went 2 in her pull up. Then I asked if I could change her in that little
Area and she seemed ticked off that I asked and said yes if you put something under her to change and there’s a garbage outside by the apartments. Her tone and demeanor was so judgmental and seemed annoyed with me because of my toddler. The permanent jewelry lady was way nicer and personable than the sales rep. I read the other reviews and seems like I wasn’t the only one with this type of experience

I just had a terrible experience at the Piper & Scoot in Draper. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I have my own business and I would NEVER treat a customer as disrespectful as Christina treated me. I was shopping with my two kids, trying on clothes in the fitting room when my 4 year old daughter had to use the bathroom. I asked Christina if she could use the restroom and she said that it is company policy no customers are allowed to use the bathroom. I said I understand the policy and asked if she could make an exception because it was an emergency and my 4 year old daughter needed to go right away. She again said no, she was so rude and had zero sympathy, so me and my 2 kids had to leave to go find a public restroom at a nearby gas station. I had to leave the clothes I intended to buy, I will never go back to Piper & Scoot. They do not care about their customers. Christina, maybe you should get a new job since you hate yours so much.

Ordered a sweater from their online store and it came damaged at the sleeve. Why anyone would send out a product in that condition is beyond me. I was ignored mid chat convo when trying to rectify to the problem so then I had to call instead. Was told the sweater is sold out and cannot be replaced and offered me only 20% off their extremely damaged good, which they are now offering on their site regardless. I think the owner really does not care at all, she could have cared less that she sent out a poor quality item. Would not recommend supporting this store at all.

returns are a nightmare. can only return for store credit, which is frustrating when you bought the biggest size they have and it doesnt fit. why would I want in store credit if nothing is going to fit? make sure you don't have to return anything because you won't be able to.

The clothing in this store is cute, but the customer service is so bad! I entered the Draper location and was hardly greeted (I was the only customer in the store). The 3 ladies "working" stood at the cash register and loudly bad mouthed a previous customer... I felt like I was next on their shiz talking list. Not a fun or comfortable environment to shop in. I probably won't go out of my way to shop here again.

Was extremely disappointed to learn that the advertised sale meant I could only return for store credit, a fact buried in their website that was not made clear at the time of sale.

Don't shop here! Terrible customer service! Bought an item online and returned to the store and they said I couldn't return for payment, just store credit. I was frustrated because they do not tell you that and the clerk at the Draper store- an older woman, was down right nasty! Don't shop here, shop at Bohme same clothes cheaper prices!
