Linda at Post Net & Her entire staff are engaged, friendly, professional and knowledgeable on all things printing mailing and design. They spent time helping design a beautiful wedding gift for my sister on metal printing, and also designed my business cards. I highly recommend them for any printing you need even if you don’t live in Sandy it’s worth the drive!

These guys do excellent work, and have always been so pleasant and easy to work with. Even when I’ve come to them with ridiculous, last minute printing requests, they’ve made it happen every time, and with a great attitude. I found them 2 years ago and they’ve melted away all my big print job stress. Grateful for this place.

I came in yesterday to get a TON printed to decorate my classroom. Sydnee was extremely helpful in getting my needs met. This is also the best price I have found for getting lots of print done in color and on cardstock. Will definitely be using them again with any prints I need. PS. I also got my wedding invitations done at the West Valley location and they turned out beautiful!

It was overall a hurtful experience. The young woman who helped me was very nice and helpful. She even let my 9 year old daughter with special needs use the bathroom and was quick to understand the extra attention my daughter needs. The older man on the other hand, was not nice at all. He sat in the back room until he felt the need to come out and yell at me to watch my daughter. She was being curious and looking at each of the shelves and cabinets in the front customer area, not hurting anything. The girl was so nice and apologized for his behavior and bad customer service. She needs a raise and he needs to retire. I left feeling sad and upset of the lack of support and empathy. I won’t be a return customer.

My first time using PostNet-Draper and the service was incredible! I worked with Sydney on designing and printing some business labels and she knocked it out of the park. Even with all my requests for modifications and short deadline. I will use them again and highly recommend their services. Thank you Sydney for being so great to work with and helping me make my vision a success!!

Today I had an older hefty man in a red shirt come outside and yell and cuss at me in public. In front of the store and customers. He was mad because I was dropping off packages and I wasn't bringing them to the back door. I explained to him that I've never met him and nobody had ever told me that while dropping off packages before to this location, but that I would gladly take them to the back. He continued yelling. I didn't get his name, but I'm guessing it's the manager because I would have been fired for speaking to someone like that on the job. I feel I handled it pretty well based off the bad day I was already having, but whoever taught him it was OK to yell at customers needs to train him in a different profession because he shouldn't be dealing with the public. I definitely wouldn't reccomend this store.
I already saw a few reviews about this guy. I don't want a reply with any excuse to why he's like that. There's no excuse to be so hostile to somebody you've never met. This guy could be a liability one day, and the fact that nobody is holding him accountable shows just what kind of integrity this place has. Everyone else there, as far as I know, is a great human being. Just remember that he also represents you all and the business when in the uniform.

I had a stone in my shoe. Trying to return a package and have the post office print a label. Simple right? Anyone can do it, right? Wrong. Two post office trips later I called PostNet. I went to the store and the staff jumped in. Both feet. All 3 of them and they were all busy doing other things when I first arrived. . It is such a relief to know that you don’t have to be an expert in everything as long as there are true professionals like PostNet to help when you really need it. I have enough to do without having to figure out how to navigate Post office policies. I’m glad to forgo the post office all together. Thanks ladies
