Quality Inn Draper near Salt Lake City offers a budget-friendly stay with mixed reviews. Guests generally find the hotel to be clean and quiet, with helpful staff and a convenient location near shops, restaurants, and attractions like the water slide and Black Bear restaurant. The rooms feature large fridges, good coffee and tea options, and comfortable beds, though some beds are very worn or old, with mattresses that sag or are stiff. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities such as a microwave, but the carpet is old, and linens sometimes have stains, indicating that more thorough cleaning or bleach use might be needed. Some guests noted that the towels are clean and the rooms are kept tidy by friendly cleaning staff. However, there are concerns about safety and maintenance; some guests observed shady characters in the parking lot, and issues with cleaning staff entering rooms without proper notice. The pool area could benefit from upgrades, as it is dirty and mildew is present around the edges, and lighting in the pool area is outdated. Breakfast options are basic, with some items like omelettes tasting less than ideal due to fake cheese. Noise from highway traffic and old AC units can disturb sleep, and some guests had to switch rooms multiple times due to worn beds or maintenance issues. Overall, while the hotel provides a decent stay with helpful staff and a good location, it shows signs of aging and requires improvements in cleanliness, safety, and maintenance to enhance guest experience.
Pretty good quality to price ratio. The room was clean, AC worked fine, pool and hot tub was fun, breakfast was standard. Bad things: mattresses were awful quality and you could feel it. Some hairs left on the comforter, but not the sheets.

Had the washer put some residue all over my work clothes, kinda put me in a bind, the front desk was helpful and paid for me to wash them again, residue came off and they gave me a late check out to let them finish drying, super appreciate it and would stay here again!

Great hotel to stay at. The owner his wife and son house keepers and maintenance man is always on top of everything make you feel at home and don't let anyone just walk into your rooms. I've personally know the owners for 10 plus years
