My visit to the Draper office was a good experience! I had to drive 1 hr to the appointment and was nice to experience a very pleasant Phlebotomist Technician. She was professional and also kind, efficient, and open for a conversation. The person in the front was also helpful and patient with my ignorance of knowledge of how to check in. It was a long drive and I needed to fast for my appointment. Very pleasant office to visit-Thank you!

I made my appointment online. It was a quick check-in when I arrived and the lab saw me in less than 5 minutes. Within 10 min I was out the door. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The phlebotomist was kind enough to help me because the unpleasant lady behind the desk took off. She should really look into working somewhere she doesn’t have to interact with people.

This place is gross. Dirty, outdated, sad, nasty office. The phlebotomist was nice but did not use safety or best practices. You cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone and their number directory doesn't work. My doctor had a hard time getting results and as a mother, it was hard to het my own childs labs back. Joke of a lab.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Almost no wait. One time I arrived on time and they took me immediately. The next time I arrived early and they took me almost immediately again. Helped me feel comfortable and all went smoothly. Can't remember for sure, but Alex and Melanie (names?) were very helpful.

I have no clue how this place gets anything less than 5 stars. I was so nervous the whole day going into having my blood draw. I came in and was brought back right at 3:40. Perfectly on time for my appointment. The phlebotomist was very friendly. I told him I was nervous and he spoke with me casually while he drew my blood. I didn't even realize that he already finished by the time I asked “is this going to hurt?” Absolutely best experience I’ve had at a medical office

Had a surprisingly quick and pleasant visit here. I needed to do a drug screening, and was able to do it here. I made an account and appointment with quest, and was able to check in online. Phlebotomy tech was very kind and efficient. Seems like this place is a one-man show. I don't recommend calling, because there's no actual person you can talk to - it's an automated machine.

they overcharge for lab work. they told me my portion would be $179 and then I got a bill for over $1000--that was my portion after insurance. Lab Corp would do the same lab work with no insurance for $300. They are the scamest place around

Easy to make appointments, quick service for lab draws. Just wish there was a location closer to me in Utah county.

Rude employee. Put gause and tape after taking blood. Had other places to go that day and while getting out of car my entire sleeve was soaked in blood. Had a 20 min drive home to change clothes.

Simple and easy. I scheduled an appointment online and checked in with my phone when I got there. Was called back right away at my appointment time. Friendly worker that knew what she was doing went through the tests with me quickly. Everything I could want from the experience. The store could be a little nicer looking.
