My family has spent a significant amount of money at RCW. Then when we are sold a defective product they refuse to accept a return. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Very disappointed in everything with this last purchase. Customer service has been the worst ever. Been told nothing could be done because it was an online order and not direct with a Sales person. Had a manager who was helping me however she never once called back like promised. I've called numerous times, numerous messages, nothing in return. So disappointed in the handling of this. 2 months and still just promises!!!! RC Willey has lost a loyal customer and i would like others to know not to buy online or you will be told sorry we can't do anything!

I bought a La-z-Boy rocker recliner 3 months ago from RC Willey and I absolutely HATE IT! I've owned other La-z-Boys in the past and they at least will last around 5 years... not nearly as long as they once did. My "new" La-z-Boy is already making creaking, popping noises and has been extremely uncomfortable from the start. I thought it might break in and become more comfortable, but I'm afraid it's just going to break instead. This is not the first bad experience I've had from RC Willey, but it is going to be the last! I will never shop this rip-off store again!

It has been two weeks since ordering my dishwasher. RC Willey claims a "third party" has the unit so they can install it. After multiple calls, the 3rd party, a company called Certified Installs, shows up just to say "We need $150 for extra parts, and we think there is mold, so you have to wait another weeks". There was, seriously, no mold. it was dog fur that I cleaned up in less than a minute with a paper towel. No one else has needed extra parts, but I would have been willing to pay in order to have this sad story reach a finish. I can't help but feel that I am being extorted for money on top of money just to get what I originally paid for. Be certain to ask who is doing the installation before buying anything from this increasingly shady outfit.

I have been working with RC Willey flooring department for the last couple of months - after so much confusion they finally figured out the carpet in my house. Now i am waiting for someone to call me back ( repeated calls and a call to Corporate as well ). As of today no call back. I am waiting to get my bathroom flooring done. The sales rep said someone would be here today 12/26/2023- i have not heard from ANYONE. I will not stop and this is by far the most horrible Customer Service i have ever encountered. I loved reading all the positive reviews and am thankful for the people who did have a great experience, i wish i was one of them. This is a company i will never recommend to anyone. Please GET MY JOB COMPLETED.

First time going in here & I had a great experience. Way better than Ashley furniture store. Got a coffee table that I absolutely loved. They even gave me a free cookie coupon as I walked in the door. I didn't get it tho bc I was in a hurry. But customer service was great. So much to look at!

Knowledgeable sales people. Very patient with all of our questions. Service-oriented people. We took advantage of their great Labor Day sale. RC Willey is a one stop shopping experience. Everything we bought was in stock and we were able to get the items delivered just a few days after purchasing them-even from 2 different stores.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NEVER AGAIN WILL RC WILLEY GET OUR BUSINESS. We ordered a top of the line glass cooktop, double oven range, and received confirmation that it would arrive between 3:15 and 5:15. The time frame kept getting pushed up, until the last notification said the driver was 2 stops away, and the range would be delivered by 8:05 pm. Suddenly, the tracking map disappeared, and we waited until after 11:00 pm before we finally gave up and went to bed. At no time were we alerted to the fact that the range would NOT be delivered. The next day, we called (on hold for close to an hour) and were told the range was now scheduled for delivery in 3 days. We took the day off work to arrange for someone to be present for delivery. We paid an extra $90 for delivery, and are left with this horrible taste in our mouths. No apologies. No reason given for the non-delivery. Costco has the same range for the same price, so RC Willey can eat my dust. We have other BETTER options. #RCWILLEYNEVER #BrokenPromises #RCWILLEYCUSTOMERSERVICEISAJOKE

Luke Huber was very helpful from the minute we entered the store directing us to the right department. He was knowledgeable with the different brands of mattresses enabling us to select the one that best suited our needs. I really liked the fact that he provided us the information without pressuring us in any way.

Most of the furniture in our home is from RC Willey, even my big screen TV (which they mounted on a wall for a reasonable fee). We've purchased appliances as well for two different homes. We love shopping here. They have a big selection to choose from. The sales people are always helpful and not pushy. Delivery services have been great. I think they now offer free curbside drop-off delivery. They have some ultra expensive items all the way down to the smaller budget items, so something for every budget. It's also just fun to walk around and window shop. I would highly recommend.

We recently visited RC Wiley in Draper looking for a refrigerator. We needed to coordinate the delivery of a new fridge with the closing of a new home. Doug, in appliances, helped us find what we needed and got the delivery set up. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions.I love this big beautiful store. They have a huge selection of furniture, electronics and appliances.

This is my first major furniture purchase. We placed a special order that took slightly longer than anticipated, but the end result—a beautiful couch—was worth the wait. Once delivered, one of the pieces of the couch looked out of place so we unexpectedly decided to swap it for a different piece. Our sales representative, Chris Maurer, played a crucial role in guiding us through the purchase/change process and providing valuable support, especially when we needed to pivot on the original order. I’m very happy with the service and product I received.

Decent Shopping Experience. The Salesmen Was Friendly And Greeted My Wife And I But Was A Little Awkward Following Us Around The Store. We Chose A King Size Bedroom Set But The Wife Wife Wanted To Check Out The Clearance Section Before Checking Out And He Got Pretty Upset And Made Comments That The Clearance Section Was Nothing But Junk And Trash. I Was Hesitant On The Bedroom Set Because RC Willey Did not have A Floor Model. But The Salesmen Said I Have A 14 Day Return Period. And Honestly I Might Consider The Return. The Set Looks Nice But Is Cheaply Made. Hopefully it Really Is A 14 Day Return Policy And He Didn’t Sell Me A Dream Just To MakeThe Sell.Every Single Screw On The Back Boards Were Sticking out On The BedRoom Set And The Whole Back Panel Shakes On Every Movement We Do
