Todd and Benni were fantastic, from the instant you walk in, they are helping you, Todd was great at listening to what my needs and expectations were and had great recommendations out of the gate, I picked a boot fairly quick and then we went to insoles and I have not been happier with a boot product or service than with Todd and Benni and Redwings in Draper. I am a fan of them and will continue to go back.

Came in to take a look at what red wing has to offer, wasn’t planning on buying anything. Todd at the counter came up and gave me a friendly intro to the world of red wings. Very informative, and didn’t pressure me to buy a thing.
I had no idea red wing partnered with Superfeet. This location has a nifty machine to map your foot and match you to the most optimal insert. I’ve had a cheap set of generic Superfeet inserts for a while now, and the red wing elite inserts that Todd matched me to blow them out of the water. Wasn’t planning on buying anything, but now I’m looking at getting some of the custom inserts, and eventually, a pair of something in the heritage line.
Todd is the man!

Wow! Such amazing service! I brought my Redwing boots that have cobra twist-to-tighten laces in becuase the lace had come out of the track and had gotten stuck. Todd and Jamie had replaced the laces, the click button, and also cleaned, shined and oiled my boots for me, all for free!
Lifetime warranty, lifetime service guaranteed!
My boots are like brand new!

Took my Irish Setters in for new laces and walked out with them having been cleaned and oiled, new laces, and a tough toe. Amanda did a great job with the tough toe, and Todd helped me figure out my next pair of boots! Will be coming back, great store.

Beyond amazing service. They added tough toe to my year old boots, which had worn through the leather to the steel toe on, and made them look supple and beautiful. I went from feeling like they were on their last legs to knowing I can get a goodly few more years out of them. I am extremely impressed.
