I went to Revitalize for the Dexa scan and was thoroughly impressed with their services and client interaction. I am not currently a patient there but when I finish the program I am currently on I will be looking into their programs.
Shauntel was spectacular. She took all the time I needed to understand the process and then she shared with me ways to augment the work I was doing and continue the health improvements I was searching for. I felt like this was way beyond what I had paid for in the Dexa scan and was so impressed with her work.
I would completely recommend Revitalize.

I was with Defy for almost two years. I loved the staff and trusted the doctors. I was on cream T, BIEST cream , oral E and Progesterone. I felt awful. I went in sobbing on several occasions. I was not educated on hormone levels at that time. My T was over 900 and my free was over 20. The doctor never even mentioned it. I was overdosed. It ruined my life, my marriage and my family. I was at or above transitioning levels. I got with a new doctor who quickly put me on estradiol and testosterone injections and luckily I feel like myself again. I had a very very rough experience.

Wow! I got my DEXA Scan done here and I was SO impressed by the experience. The entire team was very kind and friendly, I wasn't stuck waiting forever, and the office felt very comforting.
The DEXA Scan itself was a quick and comfortable process. The results were instant and they spent about 45 minutes going over my results with me. Unfortunately the scan showed that I have pretty terrible bone density and that I am on the fast track for osteoporosis in the coming years. But the Revitalize team helped me identify ways that I can turn things around so I can maintain my current quality of life for as long into old age as possible.
They helped me get scheduled for an advanced blood panel the next day and made scheduling a follow up appointment easy as well.
My experience at Revitalize was unlike any other doctor's office I've been to. It was easy to see they were not looking to churn me out the door and see their next client but rather that they cared and wanted to give me the time I needed to understand how to better my health. I would 100% recommend working with them!

Heather Reynolds is so AWESOME! My flight to SLC was late and I was late to my appointment at Revitalized. Heather was so nice and stayed after hours to still do my consultation visit. I love how Revitalized and Heather prioritize their patients. I’ve been using revitalized for about five years and I plan to use them for life! Would give 10 stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Husband and I both came in for DexaScans, and were amazed at the level of detail they explained our results. We were given clear, actionable changes to make in order to improve health factors based on the scans. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Just got my DEXA scan here and it was so helpful -- I received information on my bone density as well as lean mass, and I was given helpful advice to improve these numbers. Definitely recommend it!

Amazing Experience at Revitalize! Highly Recommend!
I have been a patient at Revitalize for hormone replacement therapy for a few years now and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything about the treatment process in detail, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

ladies beware- revitalize charge 3x as much as other labs do for simple blood draw and analysis. They are extremely for-profit and spend their days high-fiving when they make money off of patients. I've seen this. do not go here and don't subscribe and pay 2.5k for what other places will do for free if you have insurance, or for next to nothing comparatively even if you don't.

I feel like I've got my life back after coming to Revitalize!! This past 9 months have truly been an eye opening transformation as I have learned more about how to not only help my body feel good, but FABULOUS! I have learned that even though test results may say that I have a "normal" result, the reason I still feel unwell is because that level isn't OPTIMAL for ME!! Thank you for teaching me how to listen to my body better and take the best care of ME!!
