I went to the Draper location today to pick up Christmas gifts since I was in the area. The original cashier Lady was so nice to all the customers in front of me. Then a different cashier took over and she was horrible! Very rude and abrupt. There were alot of people in the store and clearly that flustered her. I even got attitude when I had to ask for my sample chocolate and then she walked away from me as I thanked her and told her to have a good day. Sweetie if you cant handle more than 2 customers being in the store, retail is NOT a good carrier choice for you. I will go back in just to catch her name so I can make sure my feedback gets to the right place about the right person since the other two Ladies in there were very pleasant. Afterwards. I will continue to only shop at the Midvale location since I have never had any issues or attitude from them there in the past 27 years. Disappointing today for sure.

Always friendly and quick to give you your free chocolate sample! The prices are higher, but the quality is good and the options are a bit nostalgic. Love the uniforms and old-time candy shop feel.

I had a great experience at See’s Candies thanks to Isla! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome right away. She helped me pick the perfect assortment and even remembered my favorite. It’s employees like her that make you want to keep coming back—not just for the candy, but for the amazing service. See’s is lucky to have her!
