Took my truck here a while back due to heat not blowing from the main front facing vents. They kept it for 2 days and couldn’t fix it, said a piece was stuck and they freed it but that’s all. Charged over 200$ for that. Wanted to charge 500$ for a heat pump, even though it was blowing heat, just not out the front vents. Still didn’t work half the time after this visit. Finally got fed up and had a few hours to fix it. It was a simple blend door actuator and cost 25$ at AutoZone. Took 5 minutes to exchange it. Don’t recommend for hvac repairs. They were however friendly, but that didn’t fix it.

I gave my car for repair a month ago - the workers are a bunch of amateurs who don't understand what they're talking about, there was a problem with the air damper in the engine, they called me several times and said that nothing could be fixed and that it had to be replaced in whole parts, in the end they asked for more than $3,000 for the repair - I said that they should put everything back together, took it to another service where they cleaned the valve for $300 and gave the car back in 5 hours - the service master will take $200 from you for computer diagnostics, while at other services it's free. I strongly advise against going to them. The photos were taken after these craftsmen allegedly cleaned the flaps and valves - just a scam service.

If you want to be scammed, go to this service center. The mechanics won’t bother diagnosing or trying to repair your car but will suggest replacing half of it just to empty your wallet. Avoid them if your issue is more complicated than an oil change or brake pads. Their reviews are fake!

Long rant because of the awful experience I had at this shop 😤 The "technician" seemed honest with what he was doing at first, and I fell for it.. they gave me a large bill after the old "fixing", then "finding" game, which didn't solve anything.
After that was settled, they sent me away THREE SEPERATE TIMES saying it "blew cold." I brought it back every time, because it clearly did not. After that, many other issues arose and the car ran horribly with new problems/ irregular sounds, etc. I dropped the car off once again and sent them a video of the noises it was making. They claimed they drove it around all day (for a few days) and that it ran perfectly.. and said that the passenger side AC vent worked. That was so aggravating, that after all that money, they thought it was all good to say that one vent worked, like that made it okay. Especially after saying it all blew cold.. and even that one doesn't!!!
(They also broke a piece under the hood and refused to acknowledge that. They didn't replace screws with the cover guard in front of my tire, causing it to fall off and erode while driving.
I can't accelerate like I used to. There's large humming sounds. it shakes when coming to a stop, etc.
Over 2k gone to waste to have people mess up my car and not fix the original problem.
Zero stars for amateur mechanics. Seriously the worst.

Very nice and professional people, but my experience was that they charge approximately 2x what smaller independent shops charge and then "forget" to apply the coupon discounts shown at arrival. I'm sure they do good quality work but you'll over-pay significantly for it. I won't be going back.

They got us in fast and fixed our front brakes for $650 and another $200 for a diagnostic. Good service but very very expensive!!!!

The skid plate on my car was falling off. I was able to come in the same day I called and had it fixed in under 10 minutes. All staff were very friendly and polite. I will definitely come here again for any car problems! Thank you guys!

Called these guys inquiring about rear shocks. They told me to come in and they'd look at it right then and there. Dustin was super nice, knowledgeable and personable. They got me taken care of swiftly and very much hassle free. Have not felt confident in a mechanic in a long while and with the service they gave me I'll definitely be back when my car needs servicing!
